Welcome to the beauty that is Kihei Kai Nani. Our unit, #162 is located in sunny South Kihei, just 13 miles from Kahului Airport, and directly across the street from Kamaole II Beach - easily one of the finest beaches on Maui! Awaiting you are lush tropical gardens, Luaus, romantic sunsets, snorkeling right off the beach with incredible fish and even turtles!
Many varieties of birds to excite even the novice birdwatcher! Shopping, golfing, groceries, restaurants all nearby or within walking distance. On site we have a beautiful 30 x 60 pool, administration office, security and a covered gazebo for entertaining and shuffleboard.
Our deluxe unit is a ground floor unit with beautiful garden views and even a glimpse of Haleakala. We have just completed even more renovations in our unit in September 2010 and are pleased to provide you with a brand new Bathroom complete with fully tiled walk in shower, 3 way mirrored medicine cabinet, recessed overjohn cabinet and swing arm make up mirror as well as our new 14,700 BTU Air Conditioner, which although located in the living room, extends cool comfort to the bedroom as well. All this to go along with our new ceramic tile floors in Kitchen, Hallway and Bathroom as well as new kitchen countertops, sink and faucet, new fridge,stove,microwave, built in Water filter system, and a new additional pantry with lots of storage. New In-Suite Washer & Dryer as well as brand new tiled lanai and a storage cabinet on lanai for all the boogie boards, beach chairs & mats, umbrellas,coolers and much more.
As you enter the unit we have our reception table with telephone with answering machine, as well as our new glass computer centre with Cable and Wireless High Speed Internet, office supplies, and printer. We have also added a brand new digital safe for your valuables &/or laptop for added security.
A new California-King bed with memory foam mattress topper, beautiful linens, bedside towers with reading lamps and clock, tropical ceiling fan with remote, 21"TV and new bamboo dresser, antique telephone cabinet, double closets, and tower floor fan await you in our romantic bedroom suite.
The bathroom has new tile floors and walk in shower and includes all new linens, embossed bamboo grove shower doors, new large vanity with granite counter top, 3 way mirror, makeup mirror and overjohn storage, 2 hair dryers, curling iron, lotions and even a first aid kit.
The kitchen is well stocked with new countertops, new refrigerator with icemaker, new built in microwave, new stove, dishwasher, all new countertop appliances, dishes, cutlery, glassware, cookware and even spices for your cooking pleasure. Complementing that is our in-line water filtration system for cool, clean, fresh water at your fingertips.
The living room and dining room have 2 new recliners to sit back and relax with a good book or a glass of wine. A pull out Queen Sofa bed with memory foam mattress topper is there if needed and two large drawers in the new entertainment unit for clothing storage. The top drawer has DVD's, Music CD's, playing cards, crib, dice games, board games, binoculars, Road to Hana CD's and guide books of Maui and what it has to offer.
Coffee tables and end tables complete the decor. Boogie boards, coolers, beach chairs, beach mats, and beach umbrellas are provided in the lanai locker as well as beach toys for the kiddies and the young at heart. We have tried to think of everything to make your stay the best you could hope for.

Just got back and can't wait to return. Our first time in Maui and certainly not our last. The condo is all it's advertised and more. Great location, near shops and shopping. Only rented a car 1 day to see island otherwise all is in easy walking distance. Beaches across street quiet and great for sunning and swimming. Liz was great to work with and accessible for questions about condo and area. All of our friends jealous about our trip. You would be lucky to stay here!! Will look at this again in 3-4 months if available.

We spent 9 days in this condo. Perfect for us. Close to all the south Kehei, Wailea and Makena premier snorkel spots as well as across the street from Kameole Beach 1 and 2. The condo was exactly as described with all the amenities you need for a nice long visit. Beach towels, mats, chairs, boogie boards, umbrella etc. all available. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils you need and even some you'll probably never use. The unit was very clean. Newly updated bathroom with large shower was great. New paint and drapes. Kitchen recently updated with ice maker refer, garbage disposal and all the pots and pans you would ever need. While we were setting it up, Liz was excellent to work with, always returning my e-mails within a day if not sooner. Very enjoyable transaction, she kept us informed during the whole process. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a cozy little home away from home in South Kehei. Excellent

We have just spent the last two weeks here on Maui updating and repainting the unit once again and adding even more little touches to make future stays even better. The condo was perfect for us, quiet, very clean and so accessible. Some of our day adventures took us to the North Face of the West Maui mountains. The highway is very narrow and twisty/turny but the views and perspective from that face was really outstanding. Continuing on, we drove through the seaside resort areas of Kaanapali, Napili, etc. all very lovely but when we got back to KKN and 162 this felt "just right". We also enjoyed the Upcountry, Paia, Makawao, Kula - the eating at Mama's Fish House - excellent-pricey- but worth every penny! Kula Lodge & restuarant - must try the pizza from the outdoor woodburning oven - excellent! Take time to stroll thru Kula Marketplace right next door. Drive thru the rainforest to Hana - Superb! Beaches were great too - the beach across the road from the condo, Kamaole II, also tried Mokapu/Ulna and not disappointed, also drove in the AM to Big Beach, great as well. The island does not disappoint. Thank you for your lovely condo.
