Our unit, #162 is located in sunny South Kihei, just 13 miles from Kahului Airport, and directly across the street from Kamaole II Beach - easily one of the finest beaches on Maui! Awaiting you are lush tropical gardens, Luaus, romantic sunsets, snorkeling right off the beach with incredible fish and even turtles!
Many varieties of birds to excite even the novice birdwatcher! Shopping, golfing, groceries, restaurants all nearby or within walking distance. On site we have a beautiful 30 x 60 pool, public laundry room with brand new washers and dryers, administration office, security and a covered gazebo for entertaining and shuffleboard.
Our deluxe unit is a ground floor unit with beautiful garden views and even a glimpse of Haleakala. We have just completed renovations again throughout the unit in May/June 2008 and are pleased to provide you with new ceramic tile floors in Kitchen, Hallway and Bathroom as well as new kitchen countertops, sink and faucet, new fridge,stove,microwave, built in Water filter system, and a new additional pantry with lots of storage. Also brand new tiled lanai and a storage cabinet on lanai for all the boogie boards, beach chairs & mats, umbrellas,coolers and much more.
As you enter the unit we have our reception table with telephone with answering machine, as well as our new glass computer centre with High Speed Internet, office supplies, and printer. We have also added a brand new digital safe for your valuables &/or laptop for added security.
A new California-King bed, beautiful linens, bedside towers with reading lamps and clock, tropical ceiling fan with remote, 21"TV and new bamboo dresser, double closets, and tower floor fan await you in our romantic bedroom suite.
The bathroom has new tile floors and includes all new linens, glass shower doors, large vanity and mirror, 2hair dryers, curling iron, lotions and even a first aid kit.
The kitchen is well stocked with new countertops, new refrigerator with icemaker and new built in microwave, new stove, all new countertop appliances, dishes, cutlery, glassware, cookware and even spices for your cooking pleasure.
The living room and dining room have 2 new recliners to sit back and relax with a good book or a glass of wine. A pull out Queen Sofa bed is there if needed and two large drawers in the new entertainment unit for clothing storage. The top drawer has videos, DVD's, cards, crib, dice games, board games, binoculars and guide books of Maui and what it has to offer.
Coffee tables and end tables complete the decor. Boogie boards, coolers, beach mats, and beach umbrella are provided in the lanai locker as well as beach toys for the kiddies and the young at heart. We have tried to think of everything to make your stay the best you could hope for.
