My husband, myself, and our kids stayed here the last week of June. We had a blast!! The condo was very spacious for a one bedroom and you can't beat the price--Pool and beautiful white sand beach are just a few steps away. You're also just minutes from the shopping outlets and lots of great eating establishments!!..We'll definitely be back-- Thanks Marsha and Rich-- The Jones'

My wife, daughter, daughter's boyfriend and I had the pleasure of spending a week in this wonderful condo during the last week in May. Everything is exactly as shown in the photographs. Crystal clear pool right outside the door, spectacular white sand beach steps away and minutes from shopping and lots of fabulous seafood restaurants. We couldn't have enjoyed our week more! Thanks Marsha and Rich for introducing us to a delightful Florida destination. We will be back.

This was my first time to book a vacation rental on the internet and I was a little nervous. Our family wanted to be on the beach (husband and I and 4 kids), and it was up to me to find the best deal. The condo was great, and it was big enough for all of us to live comfortably for a week. When we weren't enjoying the pool or beach, other activities were only 5-10 minutes away. I would definitely go back. Thanks Marsha!

I would recommend staying in this condo it has lots of room,and is very nice and clean. It is in very good location, food,shopping, just a short distance away. it has every thing you need to use, just like home. Marsha is very nice and polite to speak with and gave a quick return on my depoist,which is nice when you spend to much at the outlets.

Just wanted to highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay in Fort Walton. The beach was only a step a way, the pool is exactly as pictured and the parking lot is right below the unit. Very clean and easy to relax in the unit itself. Great for such a perfect price. Which I cooked while staying but all resturants are about 1 mile away. Kids loved it, perfect for a family vacation!!!! Marsha is super sweet and was able to answer all my questions.

We had a wonderful tme in Ft. Walton and enjoyed your condo. It is very large for a 1 bedroom. We had plenty of room to stretch out, relax and we didn't feel cramp at all. Nice ammentities except it would have been awesome if the pool was heated (only because we were here in March) but otherwise the beach was a short walk, pool was steps away, and parking was directly beside unit. Nice quiet complex. Lots of value for inexpensive price. Thanks Marsha for being so easy to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo last year. It's great to know you can go on vacation and stay in a condo that is convenient to the beach, to so many restaurants and places of interest, but doesn't cost an arm and a leg. We just booked again for this year, which says a lot in itself. The condo had everything we needed and was very, very nice.

I visited this unit during Memorial Day last year and was impressed enough to go back later in the summer. This is one of the best buys-for-your-money I have found in over 25 years. The owner is very accomodating and will go out of her way to ensure that you have a memorable vacation. In addition to the beautiful beach, we love the pool at Coquina. It is the first thing you see when you walk out of this unit and it is big, beautiful, and always sparkling. This is the only rental I will consider for my next visits.
