Kolea at Waikoloa Beach Resort is a brand new gated condo community; it is the most luxurious condo community in Waikoloa Beach Resort, and the only development with direct beach access.
The condo is just a two minute walk to Anaeho’omalu Bay, where water sports await you: snorkeling, sailing, windsurfing, kite boarding, glass bottom boat tours, sunset cruises, and of course swimming! Located between the Marriott Waikoloa Beach Hotel and the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel, and near the Kings Shops, the soon-to-open Queens Shops, fine dining, and shopping abounds. Free entertainment and family activities, such as ukulele contests and hula lessons, are an almost daily feature at the Kings shops: be sure to pick up a calendar upon arrival. Two championship golf courses are a short drive away.

This was by far one of the best places I've ever stayed in at Hawaii. The beach was close. Plenty of things to do and places to eat.The owner was extremely helpful.I would recommend this to my family and freinds.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Kids and my wife & I where able to visit friends at other condo complex's in the village, Kolea is the by far built better, cleaner and nicest area and is the only complex with beach access, Robert keeps his unit clean and fun , the pool and gym where used by my family and I enjoyed both golf courses ! We can't wait to go againRecommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
