Exquisitely crafted home that has been recently renovated with all the elements of fine quality. This split level home is located on Blue Bell Cove where the Sakonnet River meets the Mount Hope Bay.

The home offers water view from the Master Suite and Kitchen/Great Room, with a large deck accessible from the great room. Relaxing in the backyard is comfortable as there is ample privacy for your family or stay cool in the house with central air (recently added).

The Master Suite on the second floor overlooks the cove and has a king size bed and private bathroom with a separate shower and jetted tub. The second bedroom with two twin beds is also located on the second floor with a private bathroom (shower only). The third bedroom with two twin beds is location on the first floor and the bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and off the kichen/great room. The sleeper sofa is located in the great room and can sleep two.

The kitchen (part of the great room) is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove with double electric ovens. Counter tops are granite with solid cherry cabinets. Plenty of lighting throughout the house. Stereo system is wired for sound throughout the house. Great room also has a 32" high–definition TV with many cable stations.

The neighborhood is a family friendly and quite area. This is a well loved family home.
