We stayed a week and enjoyed everthing about our stay. The condo was very clean, well maintained and as nice as our own home. The beach is right across the street with a life guard. Plenty of shops and resturants. Janice was very nice and worked with us on all aspects of our stay. Our kids ( 2nd and 5th graders) had a geat time as well. I would reccomend staying here to anyone and would do it again in a heart beat!

My family stayed here the week of July 23 thru July 30th. The townhome was incredible. We loved the proximity to the beach and the pool. We love the Santa Rosa Beach area. Janice was a breeze to work with. The family had an outstanding time. We loved your townhome, Janice.

It has been 2 years since I have stayed at this property but it was just as beautiful as our first visit. My husband and I went with our 2 small children and we had blast. Janice is great and so responsive to any questions or inquiries! I realized the coffee pot was broken and Janice purchased a new one and dropped it off the same day. There is shopping close by and the beach is beautiful. Will definitely return.

We had a lovely stay here in June 2010, and loved everything about it. The pictures don't do it justice, and the walk to the beach really is only a few steps. The two balconies are great for relaxing and the pool was never crowded. We loved having an in unit washer and dryer. Everything was top of the line, spotless, prefect. Janice was a breeze to work with. I didn't realize I had forgotten to leave a review until I sent the link to someone as a recommendation. Thank you for a perfect stay, hope to stay again soon!

4 of us stayed in this condo while we were in town for a wedding, and it was perfect. Immaculate, beautifully decorated, very well maintained and comfortable. The condo was spacious enough for two couples, and we could have had more with us because this condo has lots of space and plenty of privacy. The large balconies are great plus-the weather was perfect so they were nice to have. With beach access directly across the street, it is was a perfect location. The owner was more than accommodating, and very kind and patient answering my questions. I would absolutely stay here again. A +

This is beyond comparison the best vocational rental in the area, What a way to spend two weeks!! I was wrapped in total luxury and at times I simply sat and gazed at the water and felt the breeze of the ocean from the privacy of my own deck. The accommodations were magnificent and total state of the art and I wanted for absolutely nothing. What a great nights sleep, the beds were so comfortable. The area had everything that was imaginable to provide for all of my recreational yearnings. Thank you so much for this enjoyable vacation. I would do this again with out hesitation. We had a wonderful visit at this beautifully decorated condo. We felt like the accommodations were so tastefully decorated that we could have just stayed inside the whole vacation and been perfectly happy. However, we did go to the beach every day and found the walk across the beach was absolutely no problem at all and the access was very easy. The unique shops and restaurants nearby were fun to be able to walk to for lunch or afternoon shopping. The view from the two balconies was lovely and we enjoyed sitting out in the mornings and evenings. The location and proximity to Destin, Seaside, and Watercolor is so much fun for eating, touring, and of course shopping. We loved being at your extremely lovely and very comfortable beach condo. We will definitely plan another visit.
