This condo has all the comforts of home. The entertainment systems are top notch with a terrific Boston Acoustics surround sound system to entertain at night. Plasma in the main room, Plasma with surround sound system in the master bedroom and a SONY WEGA Flat screen in the guest bedroom. The kitchen is all stainless appliances and cookware. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable.
The front patio is landscaped with flowers, tropical plants and trees wrapped with little white lights, tiki torches, patio furniture and a large chef's BBQ all creating the perfect spot for an evenings entertainment.
The peninsula here is at it's most narrow point making it just steps to the sandy beaches of both the Ocean and Bay. A short walk and you are at Belmont Park and the famous Dipper Roller Coaster, shops and restaurants. For added convenience there is a small store and deli right around the corner.
