You will absolutely love this Beautiful Home. Quiet, serene neighborhood. This beautifully decorated home has everything you need. The home is over 2,000 square feet and has wood floors throughout, a large professionally landscaped yard with a Horseshoe Pit! Covered Patio with misting system, gas grill and lots of lush grass, two dining tables with chairs under the patio. Have a barbeque and have some fun playing horseshoes! Professional Foosball table, Poker Table, lots of family games for the kids and adults, dvd movie library, playstation 2 and games.
We will provide you with concierge service (Sheila) she is very helpful with anything you may need prior to your arrival and while you are guests at our vacation home.
Please respect this home, Quiet Neighborhood, this home is not intended for large, rowdy or noisy parties. Parking is permitted in the front of the home, enough parking space for your vehicle and a boat, jet-ski, or motorhome.
The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, all appliances, utensils and dishes for twelve, blender, pots & pans, coffee maker, espresso coffee maker.
The living room has a large sectional that will sleep three comfortably. It has a new 37 inch flat screen, dvd player. Right off the living room and kitchen is a fiberoptic bar.
Two full baths with all the towels and paper products provided.
5 Bedrooms all fresh linens provided.
Bedroom 1 has a king bed with TV.
Bedroom 2 and 3 each have queen beds and TV's
Just off bedrooms 2 & 3 each have a small bedroom (bedroom 4 & 5)

The Unique Benefits of this House
We love the location of our home, and the beautiful neighborhood. We can walk to breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy a glass of wine at Milo's and walk home. The backyard is very relaxing and beautiful and our kids love to play back there. The teenagers love walkiing down the street to the icecream and candy shop!! The house is very family friendly, we just love it!!!!

My sisters and I grew up in Boulder City and rented this house while attending a high school reunion. We enjoyed the house, and it is better than the photos! There was plenty of room for the 3 of us, and could walk to all the events. The area is 'old' BC full of charm and is quiet. My sisters really liked drinking coffee outside under the misters in the morning.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We all really enjoyed our stay at your house. Everyone commented on how clean and comfortable it was! It was especially nice after a 9 hour drive from California, to only have a 4 minute drive to the mountain bike trails and a short walk into town! I'm hoping to make this a yearly trip! This was a great place to stay! Highly recommend it! It was so much better than we expected and very family/kid friendly! Clean, spacious, lots of everything (towels, bedding, games, etc)! Lots of space, great kitchen, great backyard, and nice neighborhood in walking distance to old town with some yummy restaurants! We came here to spend time on Lake Mead and the house is so close to the Lake and we had a wonderful time! Easy to work with owner overall TWO BIG THUMBS UP!

The home was perfect for our party of 8 and included ALL the amenities you could possibly want - the kitchen had all the needed appliances and tools for cooking, bathrooms stocked with lots of towels, and very nice entertainment options. The home is in a harming neighborhood and very close to all the little historical town has to offer. But by far the best feature was the backyard, which was beautifully landscaped, lush and the misters made the late afternoon/evening pleasant even in the hotter desert temperatures.

My family stayed in this home for three months, and it worked beautifully. We could walk everywhere (restaurants, grocery store, park, and my son's school and his gymnastics class). We loved the backyard, and I loved having such a big kitchen. We even played scrabble. This was a nice big, comfortable home. We'd definately recommend it!

The house worked out perfectly for our group. We brought a girls high school cross country team to stay at the house for the Nevada State XC Championships. There was a bed for each team runner and even for the coaches. Having a kitchen was great and we used it to cook a group dinner and breakfasts for all. A special bonus is the house is located one block from the main street in the historic part of Boulder City and it is an easy 3 minute stroll to some fine restaurants and shops. Also, being only one block off the main street you'd think the house would get road noise, but none at all; the street is very quiet at night and the neighborhood is well kept. The big living room gave the team a nice comfy meeting place for all to stretch and talk race strategy.

What a charming home! It was more then we even imagined. We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay. A beautiful home with all the amenities. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and always responded kindly and promptly. After a long day of playing hard, the kids enjoyed lounging on the couch watching the large LCD TV, while the adults loved sitting outside on the lovely patio and landscaped yard, enjoying the quiet of the night. The neighborhood was quiet and Lake Mead was just a around the corner. (3-5 minute drive) An everyday affair for this water loving family! No hidden surprises renting this home. We rented a lovely home from wonderful people. I have nothing but positive to say for the entire renting process and experience we had. I would do it again and highly recommend this home.

What a great house! We just got back from Memorial Weekend, and have nothing but postive things to say about this house. We will definetly be back! Great place to stay and relax. This is a beautiful home, clean and pleasant. It is convenient to everything for day trips, and returning in the evening to grill out or walk downtown for pizza and more. Destry was very easy to work with setting this up and paints a very truthful picture of the house and area. We highly recommend this house, as do our four children, they were never bored.
