Gorgeous, newly-completed facility adjacent to owner's home located in a separate,newly renovated, post and beam barn. We have a complete eat-in kitchen and large full bath with tub/shower downstairs off the kitchen, & an air-lock private entry from the outside. There is parking immediately outside the house.

The upper level features a 20 by 30 vaulted, beamed, great room with many areas for reading, relaxing, dining, and games, as well as a king-size sofabed and an additional refrigerator. Off this great room are 2 private bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, the other with two twins, abundant closets, and dressers, (electric blankets as well as comforters), lots of big windows, and new rugs throughout. The decor is charming, with a scattering of antiques and pictures of the area. It is a family-friendly, attractive home that you can enjoy with your family or another couple for the entire winter season.

We have 4 TVs that can be linked to Direct TV at your expense, if desired, as well as weekly housekeeping services (additional). We would be delighted to stock the refrigerators in advance of your visits with whatever provisions or beverages you request (at their cost) that will make your stay pleasant and convenient so that all you have to do is enjoy your time here in ski country.

We have 2 ponds and 30 acres surrounding our home and some world class restaurants as well as casual dining in the area. The roads are well-maintained and we remain in residence year-round. We plow regularly and keep the area cleared for easy access.

This home is new to the market and a unique opportunity to experience a great season in Vermont, with the potential of many additional winters with us as you will want to return to be here to share the experience. Additional photos can be seen as requested.
