Hello.
I'm offering a very special and beautiful house for rent usually around summer and Jewish holydays.
The rent costs between $250-$400 per night. Depends on the holyday and the duration of stay.
The house is in the Heart of the Greek colony, sometimes thought of as the German colony because of the proximity of the two neighborhoods. It's walking distance from many major attractions like Emek Refaim St.(2 minutes), The old city (25 minutes), Talpiot (10 minutes), and downtown (30 minutes).
The house is 160 square meters not including the very thick walls that keep the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
There are also two big well developed gardens (230 square meters) and a covered parking lot.
It has 4 bedrooms, a very big living room, a hall, a very nice and well equipped Kitchen, 3 bathrooms (two of them have a toilet + bathtub), and two gardens.
It can contain comfortably 8-10 people.
It's on the first ground so there are no stairs to enter the house. However, one bedroom is on a top level and another underground. The other two large bedrooms, big livingroom, kitchen and bathroom are all on the ground level.
There is cable, internet, phone, and other conveniences.
The house is very special with many arches and unique architecture. The Kitchen is not kosher all year long. However, it was easily made kosher for holyday rentals and all rentals until now were people who are "Shomrei Kashroot".
There are also two cats in the house, friendly and unharmfull. They don't have to stay all day in he house but have to be fed (with food we provide). The house is cleaned thouroughly before the rent period and has to be cleaned when returned which is an extra 60$ (for the cleaner).
It is not for rent all year long and each year in different holydays.
