In a quiet neighborhood and a few miles away from Downtown Colorado Springs, The Broadmoor, Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs... And breathtaking drives to Monarch, Cooper Mountain, Breckenridge and other wonderful ski areas.

Just walk out the house and feel the breeze and peace that comes from the Pikes Peak amazing view!

The house has everything you need to feel at home. It's my home! And "mi casa es su casa" theme... Will make you want to come back over and over again!

Minutes away: Garden of the Gods, Seven falls, Air Force Academy, Broadmoor International Hotel with a renowned Golf Course. The olympic Training Center, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and more. Take the famous Cog Railway through the breathtaking Pikes Peaks Mountains and get in touch with your inner-self. Like gambling? You can take the mesmerizing drive to Cripple Creek and Victor just an hour away. 2 hours from Breckenridge.

Reservations:
Will be accepted via email, or telephone. They must be paid in advance 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment is accepted via Paypal (plus 4% surcharge). All major Credit Cards. Checks are accepted via Fed-Ex as well.
One payment done in full you will received keys via FedEx.

Cancellation: 10% Cancellation Fee. 15 days grace period.
