"COCOPLUM" as we affectionately call our home is located in a newer community in Naples, Florida. The development is an upscale residential community of some 150 homes complete with tennis and clubhouse that is situated on a 36 acre lake. Our professionally landscaped home includes a beautiful heated pool and therapeutic whirlpool outside the family room in the lanai. In all, some 3200 square feet of beautifully furnished living space await your enjoyment.
COCOPLUM IS LOCATED ONLY 12 MINUTES FROM THE FAMOUS NAPLES FISHING PIER AND MILES OF BEACH. WE ARE IN THE MIDST OF 40 GOLF COURSES. THERE ARE REPUTED TO BE MORE GOLF COURSES PER CAPITA IN NAPLES THAN ANY OTHER AREA IN THE UNITED STATES.
We consider our home to be of excellent value and are confident that for those wishing to relax in private luxurious surroundings in the lovely Naples area, they will be more than satisfied.
