The Wailea Beach Villas nest in a sea of colorful plumerias and hibiscus, cascading waterfalls, two inviting pools, and beautiful tropical paths that lead to Wailea Beach and Hawaii's most incredible oceanside boardwalk.
"The Maui Escape", also referred to as "Penthouse 110" is located with views of the upper pool and the spectacular garden surroundings. It provides the perfect combination of being close enough to view the pool but far enough for privacy. At night the ambiance from the lanai is breathtaking with incredible landscape lighting, "corridor" ocean views and tiki-torches scattered throughout the myriad of walking paths and the pool area.
The Wailea Beach Villas are situated on 11 unparalleled and beautiful acres of lush, tropical landscaping while nestled between the Grand Wailea to the south, the Marriott Resort to the north, the "Shops at Wailea" (which is considered to be the finest and most exclusive shopping location on the islands) to the east, and of course, the world renowned Wailea Beach and the Pacific Ocean to the west.

We chose to purchase one of the Wailea Beach Villas because it is the most beautiful resort in Maui! We love sunny South Maui and Wailea Beach. We also love the fact you are within walking distance of many incredible restaurants and the Shops at Wailea, yet the Beach Villas provide much more privacy and living space than a resort hotel...not to mention a gormet kitchen for those times you want to barbeque on the lanai or simply have a family meal in the villa.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our villa overlooks the pool and beautiful tiki torch lit surroundings. We have a staircase that leads directly to the pool area...it's a two minute walk to Wailea Beach and a two minute walk to the Shops of Wailea. There are five world class golf courses within a few miles of the villa and two tennis clubs. We are next door to the Grand Wailea which offers one of the finest spas and terme facilities in the world!

I was born and raised on Oahu and several times a year we would take the "long" 30 minute flight to Maui to visit my grandparents who lived in Kula. My husband grew up spending much of his vacation time snow skiing in the mountains, from Tahoe to Yosemite. We spent our honeymoon in our cottage in Makena and love spending time in the mountains and in Maui...but mostly Maui! I've convinced my husband that traveling up to the top of Haleakala crater is like going to the mountains:) We live in San Diego where we raised our two kids. Stephen (20) and Katelin (19) have spent summer vacations in Maui ever since they were born. We know you'll love "The Maui Escape" at the Wailea Beach Villas as it truly is a piece of Heaven on Earth!!

Dear Camille and Eric, We absolutely loved the Maui Escape and our holiday here in Maui! It was the first visit for our three children ages 11, 14, & 17 and it was perfect! We had everything we needed plus more at the Wailea Beach Villas! We loved talking to Tracy Dill and he set us up with Charlie who took us for a family surfing lesson and an amazing four waterfall hike which we also got to swim to the last falls and jump! Enjoyed magnificent sunsets each night and loved jogging on the beach path first thing in the morning. Great 20th wedding anniversary dinner at Duo at the Four Seasons. Lots of fun snorkeling both at Molokini, and saw turtles at the south end of Wailea Beach. Back to the cold and snow in Canada – we are all very sad! But, can't wait to come back! Eric and Camille, Thank you for sharing your beautiful Maui home with us. It far exceeded our every expectation! At times we felt like this was our own private estate. We had the adult pool, gym, and beach cabanas all to ourselves a few times during our stay. The resort is incredibly quiet and beautifully maintained. We got married on the 10th on Makena Beach. It was amazing. The villa and the pools are spectacular. We couldn't have asked for more. Eric and Camille – This was perfect! It was a special grand finally trip for our family that I have been planning and dreaming about for 19 years. I have always wanted to expose my kids, now 19 and 20 to the beautiful life of Hawaii (Maui in particular). The accommodations were definitely a dream, as were the grounds and amenities of the villas. The kids experienced this vacation to the max, including every possible tourist activity that their energy would allow. It was perfect in every way – and left all of us wanting more and committed to make professional choices which will allow us (and them) to create this lifestyle as the norm not just one dream fulfilled one time. We were here for a family vacation, which was the 1st trip to Maui for half of the party. The villa amenities and location were perfect. The children loved the lanai, and we ate every meal we cooked here outside. We couldn't have asked for a more convenient layout and were so pleasantly surprised at all of the extras in the kitchen! We would definitely recommend Mama's for children's bedding (crib), the set-up and take down were transparent to us and the linens were as nice as our own children's! This resort is so beautiful! Me and my family had a great time. We were at the beach most of the days. Also my grandparents went to a Luau and they said it was amazing. We watched the sunset and saw whales. We went to the Shops at Wailea lots of times and we love the shopping here! The pool is relaxing and the hot tub is super warm. The snorkeling was amazing down past Big Beach. The beach had the best boogie boarding too. We all got sun burned, but have recovered. We all don't want to leave! Thank you for sharing your resort with us! It was amazing!
