1/2 hour from Echo Mountain snowboard park and an easy hour to loveland skiing. We're here to help even if you don't book with us.

Description suits this home perfectly. Three decks, five bedrooms, four stories, 3300 square feet. Space and windows galore to enjoy the continental divide, storms rolling in or the families of swallows and humming birds dancing overhead.
All the conveniences of Denver are just 30 minutes away. Surround yourself with the Rockies without spending hours and gallons to get to the crowded ski areas. We are at 7200 feet above sea level.
Sip coffee in the morning or wine in the evening on any of the decks.
Top level is a rooftop deck where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or coffee in the morning. (Please don't get the routine reversed.)
Next level is the master suite, open den and laundry, on the main level is the great room, second deck, open kitchen, dining, two bedrooms and the second bath, third level is two more large bedrooms and the third bath.
This level also has the mud room and goes out to the 1 1/2 garage which has a deck for the floor!
May - Sept 2010: Friday arrival and departures - 7, 14, 21, 28,... day stays.

Information about all our properties:
Doing business in Denver? RTD bus service to downtown, Denver federal center, etc for $8 round trip.
We have a Nikken HEPA air purifier available upon request.
Showings are $50 payable in advance and subject to the property not being occupied.
With a cancellation about every quarter, send an inquiry for booked time and we'll let you know if it opens up.
If you're at all apprehensive, please read our guestbooks.
If you inquire and you don't hear from us in 4-12 hours, please check your junk mail folder.
We were the first in Evergreen and boy has it grown since. We now have 4 for you to choose from.
4PM check-in and 10AM check-out.
Higher clearance vehicles are always recommended in the mountains.
Cleaning fee and all taxes are included. We have two simple rules: leave no messes and have the last load washing.
Refund Policy:
-100% refund plus deposit up to 2 months before stay.
-50% refund plus deposit up to 1 month before stay.
-Deposit refunded within a month before stay.
-Under all circumstances, full refund for rebooked nights.
-No refund on canceled stays longer than 2 weeks unless rebooked.

Summer short stays (less than 7 nights): We book 6 night stays 8 weeks in advance, 5 night stays 6 weeks in advance and less than 5 night 4 weeks in advance.
