Come stay in this amazing condo! Unit 703 has just been redecorated and equipped with all the amenities to make guests feel at home. The owners frequently use this unit, and have taken great care with personal touches and attention to detail to make you feel you are staying in your own cozy beach cottage, not some generic rental property! Also, games, DVDs, books, cards, toys and information on local activities and restaurants are provided for our guests' enjoyment.
The living area and master bedroom have a wonderful gulf view both with direct access to the balcony overlooking the gulf. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, large closet and small seating area overlooking the beautiful gulf view. The master bathroom is huge with two separate vanity areas, private jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Guest room has a queen bed and a charming daybed. Guest bed/bath can be closed off with a pocket door for added privacy. Nice table and tall chairs on balcony give you the best view possible of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and dolphin watching. The Pearl has an exercise facility that looks out directly at the gulf while you work out, two beautiful pools, and a hot tub all just steps from the beach. Flat screen (40") TV/DVD/CD/VCR in the living room, flat screen (32") TV/DVD/VCR in master bedroom and flat screen TV/VCR in guest bedroom. Tile throughout the kitchen/living/dining room, carpet in the bedrooms. Absolutely beautiful!
The Pearl is easy walking distance to 3 restaurants, 2 fun outdoor bars, and kayak/bike/jet ski rentals.

Why the Owner Chose Pearl of Navarre Beach
I've been vacationing in Destin for over 20 years and Navarre reminds me of Destin 20 years ago. Navarre Beach has all of the beauty of Destin - white beaches and crystal clear water- and none of the overcrowding and over-tourism. Yet it's only a 15-20 minute drive to Pensacola and 30-45 minute drive to Destin. This small barrier island is bordered on both sides by undeveloped expanses of beautiful beach and is the ideal relaxing beach vacation destination. We have wonderful dolphin watching, shelling, and sea turtle sightings!

My family and I have stayed at many different properties in Navarre (including Beach Colony) and this is our favorite condo. It has everything you need and what we love about it is the way it just feels more like home. I highly recommend this property. It has everything you need and want for the perfect beach vacation.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
