Seagull's Retreat is a 2 bedroom -2 1/2 Bath condo located across the street from the Gulf Of Mexico. There is a boardwalk to the beach with benches, restroom, volleyball net and shower.
Gulf Shores is full of family entertainment with golf, fishing, restaurants, water park, zoo, movies and mega outlet shopping. We provide discount coupons to the Outlet Mall Stores.
If you are anyone in your party wants to play golf, we are the ones to call. We are in the golf business and will gladly help you with your tee times. You also receive discounts in our golf store. Just let us know what you might need.
The porch is 28 feet long and perfect for relaxing while enjoying a perfect view of the Gulf waters. There are 4 arm chairs with ottomons and table and chairs on the porch. The porch also has an electric grill.
You are located with the Gulf Of Mexico to your South and Little Lagoon on your North. So everyone can find lots of things to do.
Bike riding and walking is everywhere. You have walking and riding trails out the front and back of the unit.

We spent the last two weeks of 2011 in this unit. We have rented previously from Paula so knew everything would be top-notch, and, of course, it was! Wow, the view -- from ALL the windows, either the Lagoon or the Gulf -- not to be beat!!! Being from central Illinois,and winter, we couldn't take in enough of the weather and the views. All was The Best!!! Thanks Paula!

We really enjoyed our stay... even though the weather was not the best, we did get plenty of opportunities to get out and sit on the balcony in the warm breeze and watch the waves. The view is spectacular and Paula and her husband were very accommodating for our late arrival. Thanks Paula for sharing your exceptional condo....we'll be back!

Paula, thank you for being so hospitable and helpful in answering all our questions about the area. This was a last minute trip that we needed before the girls went back to school. Our girls, ages 10, 8, 6 and 5, had no idea where we were going and when they saw the beach.......they were ecstatic! Having raised them on the East Coast & recently moving to MO, we realized how much we missed the beach after 2 yrs! When we opened the doors to the condo, they fell in love with the great view of the beach...they also LOVED the bunk beds. Your pictures are true to the look and condition of the condo and we made sure to leave it in the same cleanliness we found it in. :) We didn't do any attractions or restaurants, we cooked in the kitchen and ever minute was spent at the beach. No running around and feeling the need to "see everything." The beach is all we needed. It was the perfect ending to the summer as well as a perfect beginning to a busy school year.

We loved staying at Sanibel in this condo, it was beautiful!! We arrived later than we hoped but Paula was in touch with us by phone so we could pick up the key and settle in for the holiday weekend. We had lots of room. It was so nice having a bath for each of the 2 bedrooms as well as the half bath off the living area. But the best thing about this condo was the long balcony facing the beach. We enjoyed it so much. We loved Gulf Shores and hope to visit again!! Thank you so much Paula!!

This condo was perfect for our family! We have 4 young kids and we still had plenty of room to relax! The condo is nicely decorated and had lots of little things that you normally have to go out & buy if you are staying a week. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. My favorite part was sitting on the balcony, sipping my coffee, listening & watching the waves before everyone else woke up. We are definitely coming back for more!!

What a Great Condo! The view from the 9th floor is spectacular and all the furnishings are classic and comfortable. It really does look like the pictures. We were there during the oil spill and the Jimmy Buffet "Free" Beach Concert. The beaches were beautiful! We had a great time and Paula is so easy to work with! Thanks Paula for sharing your wonderful condo....we'll be back!

We had the pleasure of staying in this unit in late July '09. It is just as pictured, and truly a wonderful place to stay. I'd say all the comforts of home, except I think it was actually better than our home! :) The view was incredible, a short walk to the beach, great entertainment center for enjoying a movie in the evening, and all in all a perfect place for a family vacation with our little daughter. Would definitely recommend and be delighted to stay here again.

This place is awesome! We could not have designed better accomodations if we had planned it ourselves!!!! Already planning the next trip and we've only been here one night! We spent 4 nights for Memorial Day weekend here and it was great. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony, which is huge,was awesome. This was a great vacation and The rates are really affordable and I can't wait to go back to sanibel and hopefully get this unit again. We loved it....
