Our condo is located across from Sugar Beach, one of the best beaches in Maui. Perfect for swimming, snorkling, and romantic walks.We have a great view of the ocean from our lanai, which is on the second floor of a two story building located at the back of a short culdesac.There are only ten units in the building so it is very quiet and private. It is less than a two minute walk to the beach which stretches for seven miles. There are two gas BBQ's, picnic tables and a cute, private pool.Laundry facilities are located on site. Shops, restaurants,and stores are less than two miles away and the airport is only a short twenty minute drive.
We renovated the unit - painted throughout and added new fans, furniture, art work, linens, patio set and California King Bed and much more. We also replaced all of the fixtures and lamps and updated the electrical system. Besides being a vacation rental, this is our home away from home. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. It truly is Paradise Found!!!!

My husband & I stayed at this condo for 9 nts in Jan 2010. Exactly as shown in the photos, very clean & well stocked with everything you will need. It's on the second floor of a small condo unit which is well maintained and quiet. Direct view off the patio right to the beach (as shown in the photos). There are about 13 stairs to climb to get to this unit but that didn't pose a problem for us. If you intend on barbecuing the barbecues are at the back of the unit on the bottom patio. Very nice and clean barbecue area, but no view and quite enclosed and the units behind are fairly close. You could hear their conversations from our bedroom but all was quiet by 10:00 pm. Open the patio doors & windows each night and a beautiful breeze flows through (there is also air conditioning). We loved the fact that it was set back from the road by about 1/2 a block. Crossing the road to the beach was not a problem. We also loved the fact that it is centrally located so was very convenient when exploring the island. The owners were absolutely super to deal with by email. Extra special touch for night time when back at the condo - a wide selection of movies, books, games such as chess, scrabble, cards etc. Close to grocery and drug stores & various restaurants. Would definitely rent again.
