Come experience this Island pleasure-4 bedroom 3 bath quality home in DeSoto Landing gated community. This home is located directly across from the pool, tennis court, and small play ground. The boardwalk leading to the beach is just steps away from the front door. Large covered and open deck give excellent views of the water. Large screened porch with table for dining and comfortable Adirondack chairs for easy riding.

Inside you will find a well appointed home. The lovely kitchen is equipped with lots of counter space room for multiple cooks and built in Jenn-Aire stove with grill. A large living room off the kitchen has cathedral ceiling with lots of windows and natural light and plenty of comfortable seating.

"JayHawk" comfortably sleeps a maximum of 8 people including children. On the first floor you'll find the Master bedroom with Queen sized bed, private bath, and TV. The second bedroom also has a Queen sized bed with a bath in the hall. The second floor offers two additional bedrooms, the first with a Queen sized bed and the second with a set of twin beds. The bedrooms are connected by a bathroom in between them, featuring a separate dressing area with vanity. Televisions are located in both upstairs bedrooms.
