This is a wonderful unit in a great complex !! New Starbucks on property opened last Fall with new Sky Bridge Lounge and poolside Tiki bar NOW OPEN (yeah). Also, Lagoon pool and children's pool with grilling area is now open too!!!!!
Plenty of room for the family... Master bedroom -- King size bed with pillow-top sealy posturpedic mattress - 23 inch TV and wall mounted hair dryer & ceiling fan. Bunk beds in the hall for the children -- And also a sleeper sofa in the living room. High speed internet connection in bedroom.
The living room is spacious and comfortable - equipped with a 32 inch flat screen HDTV and DVD player. Fully equipped kithchen - granite counter-tops - new appliances - all the conveniences of home.
This unit is on the 11th floor and has an incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the dolpins and parasailers or just Relax after dinner on the balcony and enjoy the sunset!

Our cancellation policy is as follows: If you have to cancel before you send the rent - (30 days prior to your stay) you will receive your deposit back. For cancellations within 30 days of your reserved week, I would try to re-book it and if I am able to do so, I would give you a full refund (deposit and rent). If I am not able to re-book, I will keep 1/2 of your rent as a penalty and return your security deposit and the other 1/2 of the rent. We feel this is fair to all parties.
