Really enjoyed my time here. Place is in excellent shape, and well-equipped. Spacious. Wonderful, shady deck in back -- I saw lots of deer and a fox! Relatively convenient to Yosemite -- given that there's really not much in the way of rental houses close to Yosemite. This is 20 minutes to Hwy 120 entrance, 45 min to Yosemite Valley. I didn't take advantage of the local facilities -- lake, tennis courts. Groveland has the essentials and a little more -- a grocery store, a good pizza place, other restaurants. Owners were a pleasure to deal with. House is all one level.

Recommended for:People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had a nice time at this vacation home. Played lot of Ping Pong and foosball. House is well maintained. Community lake is awesome. We would definitely rent it again if we come back to Yosemite area.

1st time at PML, house was spacious and plenty of room. Kids loved the Ping pong and foosball table. Lots of deer right out the front door and in the back yard. Kids played with the neighbor kids that lived next door and had a great time. Cant wait to go back and rent again from Suresh.

We are a family of 4 with 2 young children. We stayed here for a week during August. The house was lovely, exactly as seen in the pictures and as described. It was clean and extremely well equipped. We visted Yosemite every day which took about 90mins to the village itself but was a pretty journey. We saw so much wildlife, particularly deer, who roam freely up the street and in the gardens. The Pine Mountain Lake community has a wide range of facilities too, including a lake beach. The weather was fantastic too which always helps. The owner was very helpful and was always quick to respond to my emails. We look forward to returning.

We were a party of 6. This was a very well kept home. The home was very well furnished and very clean. The most comfortable place we have ever stayed at. The neighbors were wonderful. We had an emergency in that we thought one of our family members was having a heart attack and the neighbors helped us get the paramedics to the home. Everyone in the town is very friendly. The next day we ran into one of the paramedics at the local grocery store and they asked how our family member was feeling. We will definitely consider this home again next year. Very relaxing and close to Yosemite. We were there the middle of July and the weather was beautiful. The deer would come right up to the deck in the evenings. There is also a beautiful lake closeby. You can sightsee during the day and then relax in the afternoons/evenings.

Excellent weekend getaway

Home easily fits in 3 familes with all the required amenities. Owner is very friendly and readily available when needed. Property is well maintained and neat. The community itself is very scenic and we enjoyed half a day at the Marina beach; a lake shore with in the community. The home is about 1 1/2 hour from Yosemite Valley and it is very much worth for its price. Bottom Line; I will recommend this propety for my friends who are visitng Yosemite and I am staying here for my next Yosemite trip as well.

backyard paradise

The yard was fantastic we saw deer each day we were there. On Sunday morning we woke up to 7 deer in the backyard. Lots of bedding for all , we were a party of 8 and there was more bedding than we used. House was very clean and neat. My two grandsons had fun in the garage playing pingpong & foosball , garage fully enclosed so the kids could play while we bbq and not have to worry about them .Very kid friendly property. We bbq 1 night and everything was available for us to use . Couldnt have asked for more in the kitchen and dining area fit all of us fine. We drove to Leland High Sierra Snow Play for the day and the children had a fantastic time playing in the snow. It is a safe snow park and for a fee you can spend the day there play on the hills, eat, sit by the fire. We also went to Jamestown where we went to the historical train center. Then evening we went to Black Oak Casino so the adults could have some fun. All just a short drive from the cabin. Wish i had a few more days there. We will definatley be using the property in the summer time. Thanks Suresh for all your help on such a short notice. Pine Mountain is beautiful and your home is so enjoyable i cant wait until summer time to do it again and visit Yosemite this time.

We visit Pine Mountain Lake every year and this house was one of the best in the community. We enjoyed our stay and would rent it again. We had frequent visits from deer,fox, birds and squirels watching them from the patio. Ping pong and fussball was a good compliment.

We stayed in this house while we were waiting for our furniture. It is a very nice houuse with a well equiped kitchen. The spices on the counter was a nice feature. Also it was nice having good pots and pans to work with. The owners were very accomidating working with us as our dates were a little flexible. Very well organized easy to work with. We love PML

We stayed at this property for Thanksgiving holidays. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend it. Prior to renting I had emails with the owner and very quickly I found myself comfortable renting from him. The house is located in a very beautiful area around Pine Mountain Lake. Although it's a gated community, which means it's very safe, once inside you do not feel separated from the nature. The house itself is very well equipped and you find everything you need in there. They even have a headphone jack cable coming out of the stereo so that you can plug in your iPod!! The kitchen is big and well equipped, and the bedrooms are great. Seeing the deer from the large windows is really pleasant - once you see them you will want to see them again! The foosball and ping pong table in the garage are really cool. We had fun playing after coming back from Yosemite day trips. It's about half an hour from the house to the west entrance gate of Yosemite, and if you're going to the valley give it another half hour since you have to drive slowly. All in all we had a really great time there and we enjoyed the house. Definitely recommended.

This was a very comfy and homey place to stay in. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the essentials for cooking for a large group of people. There were also enough beds to accommodate 12 people extremely comfortably. It was not too far from Yosemite and not too far from the East Bay which made driving seem to go by a lot faster. We would most likely stay here again if we come back to the Yosemite area.

Pricing, reasonable. House is very comfy with ample bedding options to accommodate up to 12+ and kitchen thoughtfully stocked with enough crockeries. Kids had fun playing in the sprawling backyard and feeding a large deer population. Did day trips to Dodge Ridge and Yosemite - each abt an hr+ drive. Brisk walks around the community is like a mini hike!View of the night sky from up there with gazillion stars is truly magical and spectacular. Nice place. Would like to try staying during summer too.

This is a wonderful and very comfortable home! The location is great, the deer visits are plentiful, and the beds comfortable! Our kids enjoyed the deer, the ping-pong, and foosball tables (our husbands, too!) The owners are a pleasure to deal with!

We recently stayed at this lovely home with another family-a group of 11. It is well maintained, clean and comfortable and is obviously also used by the owners which contributes to it being much nicer than many strictly rental properties. We used the home as a base to explore Yosemite and it was conveniently located. The owners are extremely friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend this property to families or groups looking for a comfortable spot near Yosemite. The Pine Mountain Lake development (of which the home is a part) seems very nice although we were so busy at Yosemite we never had time to see all that it offered. We would definitely stay there again!

My friends and I had a great stay at this home. It was large and the kitchen was well equipped. It was a good base location from which we could easily get to yosemite and hike Half Dome, but above all, it was offered at an AMAZING price. The area around the house was also very beautiful itself. I have already recommended this house to friends and would definitely return!

This clean, comfortable rental provided all the comforts of home to me and my family, in a secure gated community. Thanks to the owners for making the rental experience so easy. In addition to the spacious forest-setting and the deer in the beautiful backyard, we really enjoyed the Beach Marina area. We were able to do some hiking and playing in the lake and sand beach. We are looking forward to our next visit to this property, and next time I plan to bring my golf clubs for some time at the golf course.

The place was very well maintained. Had all the service needed to cater for large family. The house was clean and well organize. The back view of the house with deers was amazing, and overall we really like the place. I also like the pine village community had great amineties, with great view of lake, and lot's of other activites. We will definitely go back again next year with family.

We have recently stayed at this place. This is a very beautiful/peaceful home for families to relax. We have really liked its proximity to Yosemite National Park. It has a very well equipped kitchen, to prepare your own meals. The community lake for swimming and boating makes it ideal for families for young children.
