La Playa is a beautiful six-story building, directly on the boardwalk/ocean. Steps from the beach, New Boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. It has an unobstructed ocean view, and the inevitably relaxing sound of waves can be heard clearly from your living room. There is a beautiful pool that sits parallel to the boardwalk oceanside.
This unit has a new renovated bathroom, two futons in the living room, Queen size bed in the bedroom. There is a complete kitchen, with cooking pots, silver wear, microwave, dishwasher. We don't have a private balcony but we have a spacious veranda that is practically just ours. We are right above the pool so it's perfect for children and easily accessible to the boardwalk with out having to use the elevator. This is a corner unit so it is more spacious than other units.
The condominium is located in the middle of a recently renovated two and one-half mile boardwalk. The boardwalk runs parallel to the ocean, and is designed for walkers, bikers, and joggers. Along the boardwalk you will find several dozen restaurants, ice cream parlors, shops, bike rentals and much more. You will also find the Hollywood Beach Theater a couple of blocks away, which hosts many evening musical events. Holidays prices vary.

We been staying at the 201 for two years now and its already rental for 2011.First everything is perfect new ferniture newbathroom nice view quiet clean and the owner miss Adlin she is so nice and easy to do rental with her.We recommande you this place .Also its easy to go to the beach the pool and its safe we need a code to get in

I was just thinking of emailing you to let you know that we had an absolutely wonderful time. Your condo is beautiful and very comfortable and wow what a view. I am extremely happy with everything, the location was amazing, I couldn’t believe how convenient it was to everything we needed . The pool worked great with the kids-we all want to come back. We very much enjoyed our stay at your condo in May 2009. The location is perfect and the accomodations are lovely. We live in Atlanta but we are from Hollywood and we love being on the boardwalk and being able to walk to all of our old favorite places. The reservations process and aquiring the key was effortless and made the whole trip that much more enjoyable. Thanks for your hospitality and see you again soon!!

Our stay was great. My two kids enjoyed very much. The easy access to the boardwalk made it comfortable to go down and walk at any time. It was so relaxing to sit outside the condo and just watch the ocean in the morning. I really liked the floor this unit is in. I also noticed that this condo was larger than most of the other units, I guess because it's a corner unit. Having kids this floor was very comfortable. The building was very nice, family oriented and quiet. Some other buildings down the boardwalk are very noisy and loud. The location of this building is EXCELLENT and it has a pool. We were only 2 minute walk to the amphitheater and 1 minute walk to the first pizza shop. I can't wait to come again. Keep by dates reserved.

Our stay in your apartment was absolutely great. Waking up every morning to the sound of the ocean and the view was so relaxing. Being right on the boardwalk was very nice and having all the shops and restaurants just steps from the apartment and the beach was very convenient and fun. My wife and I really enjoyed our 4 months there. I will definitely come back soon. Thanks, Ajay
