It is furnished with one king bed, three queen beds, a set of twin beds and a pull out sleeper sofa in the loft. King size bed is in the master suite with sitting area and a large bathroom with a oversized soaking tub, his and her vanities, and walk in closet.
The first floor includes a Formal Dining Room, Kitchen,with a large Plasma TV, Family Room with large Plasma TV, Pool Table, Large Den with twin beds, Laundry Room with oversized washer and dryer, and a powder room. On the second floor, there is an awesome loft for relaxing and watching TV. The sofa in the loft pulls out to a bed. There are 3 large bedrooms all with queen size beds and a full bath with tub and shower. There is plenty of closet space and this house is clean, comfortable and cozy. There is plenty of room for everyone! All linens can be included for a fee.
The community itself boasts a brand new, beautiful, large pool. Walking paths throughout the neighborhood and a crabbing and fishing pier for your enjoyment.
Just minutes away is Tanger Outlet Shopping, Golf, Water Sports, Sightseeing, Theaters, Camping, Antiques, Water Parks, Miniature Golfing, and Go Karting. Or take the day to relax at beautiful Cape Henlopen State Park where you can lay on their fully guarded beach, sightsee, or you can hike, bike or walk on their two miles of trails. If you prefer, you can spend the day relaxing on the beach searching for that perfect seashell or trying to spot the dolphins just offshore. Charming downtown Lewes is just minutes away. Rehoboth beach and its family-friendly boardwalk is just 5 miles to the south.
We are just 5 miles from Baywood Golf Course, 2 miles from Marsh Harbour, 4 miles from Old Landing, and 10 miles from the Rookery Golf Club. If you are interested in Car racing and Gambling, we are 45 minutes from Dover Downs and Dover Casino and Slots.

- Our property is located in the Waterside Community of Hart's Landing with a Fishing and Crabbing Pier for you to enjoy. Community has a large pool, pool house, tennis courts, and walking and biking paths throughout. We have a brand new large capacity washer/dryer. This beautiful full kitchen includes all NEW appliances and includes a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, large refrigerator and blender. Very large center island with bar stool seating. 2 large plasma TV's and a pool table round out your entertainment. Master bath has large soaking tub and walk in closet. There is a loft upstairs with a TV and plenty of seating and a pull-out sofa bed.

- This beautiful well maintained community has its very own crabbing and fishing pier. Our community is located on Love Creek. We are located between Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. We are only 2 miles from all outlet shopping and restaurants. Cape Henlopen State Park is located only 6 miles away and Rehoboth Beach boardwalk is 5 miles. Baywood Golf Greens is 5 miles, Marsh Island Golf is 2 miles. Movie Theaters, amusement parks, miniature golfing, and horseback riding are all very close by. Cape Henlopen State Park, Old Town Lewes,and Tower Road State Park are all within miles of our home!
