Located on the Twelfth floor of Building D, our unique and professionally decorated unit offers 9 - 11 foot ceilings; 20-inch porcelain tile flooring; a gourmet kitchen including stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops set in European-style cabinetry; and a Jacuzzi brand master bath suite which features a full body shower and jetted tub.
You can also enjoy floor to ceiling views of Perdido Bay and the Perdido Pass from our oversized, curvilinear, tiled balconies. We stayed in this 12th floor unit for Spring Break 09! The unit is very spacious and has all the ammenities of home! Everything about the condo was above our expectations especially the kitchen! Our assigned parking space was very close to the elevators, which made loading and unloading a breeze! The Caribe was the HOT SPOT for Spring Break; so the kids never wanted to leave the grounds! There was so much for them to do on the property and with the ample security, the teens could come and go to the pools, lazy river, etc. Although there was a lot of action going on outside, the unit was very peaceful and quiet. The large balcony was also relaxing! I would definately stay in this unit again!

My husband, daughter and I stayed at our condo. The views and sunsets were spectacular off the balcony; the resorts amenities were fantastic and the condo itself was beautiful. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back year after year.
