Two bathrooms both with tubs and showers. The fixtures are completely new, granite top sinks, lighting, vanities, and marble floors. There are shower enclosures in both bathrooms.
In a 24-hour pre-war doorman building with elevators. The apartment is on the 14th floor, with incredible views facing North of the City and East of the 59th Street Bridge going to Queens. It is extremely sunny, cheery, a warm and happy apartment.
Spacious and beautifully furnished apartment in a contemporary style. All floors are hardwood, the ceilings are very high,
The master bedroom is very large and has a King Size Bed. There is plenty of closet space.
The second bedroom has 2 Double size beds. This room has wonderful views of the city as well. There is a large closet in this bedroom along one wall for suitcases, clothes, storage.
The 3rd bedroom has a Full size bed.
There is also a sofa bed in the living room. Rollaway beds can be provided upon request at no extra charge. There is plenty of room for the tenant to store clothes.
The apartment is air-conditioned, and has forced air heat which changes with the time of year.
Linens and towels are plentiful. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, oven, coffee pot, teapot, pot and pans, dishes, silverware, toaster oven, and cooking utensils are provided. There is a window in the kitchen facing North.
There is a flat screen TV in the living room as well as each bedroom, with hundreds of channels to choose from.
Neighborhood: Midtown East is a wonderful area, within short walking distance to Central Park and Madison Avenue, the best shopping worldwide. There are several restaurants in the immediate area. An award winning liquor store in the building, Crush, recognized for style, service and their extensive wine list. D'Agostino's for groceries 2 blocks away, on East 57th Street and 1st Avenue , who deliver. Most of the restaurants deliver, including McDonald's on the corner and the bakery in the building, Gigis making fresh bread and muffins daily!
Transportation: Subway 6 at Lexington Avenue and 59th Street . Buses at the Avenues. Taxis around.
Bloomingdale's is one block away...plus there are numerous shops: Sephora, The Gap, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic and Diesel Jeans within walking distance.

My husband and I lived in this building before moving to Connecticut. We come back and stay in the apartment often, especially with friends because there is a ton of room for everyone. We love this area becaise it is perfect, especially for shopping. Bloomingdales is right on the corner, and Madison Avenue is a short walk.

Our first family trip to NYC was great mainly due to the great accomodations we had at the apartment we rented with Suites57. Kiera was very helpful and always answered any questions by phone or email very quickly. We had 7 adults in our group, but had plenty of room in the 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment. The kitchen had everything that we needed plus plenty of linens and towels. The location was great and within walking distance to Rockefeller Center and Times Square. The doorman was very helpful in directing us to subways and good places to eat. I give high recommendations for this apartment and Suites57. You won't regret staying here!!

The Appartment was fantastic,we were a party of seven and it was large enough that we were not tripping over each other, very clean and tidy with plenty of linen.It is centrally located for everything,you can easily walk to Central Park, Bloomingdales, Maceys, Sax and the Rockerfellar Center, we all had a fabulous time and we will definatley be booking again, Diane was extremely helpful and answered all our emails, can't wait to return.

We rented this property last week. There were 6 women and the apartment was perfect. Very comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. It was so much nicer than hotel rooms. The location is excellent and close to subway, buses and many attractions. The rental process was easy and painless. Diane was wonderful answering all my questions and provising information. I would rent this again on future trips to NY

I rented this property to house my office staff at a dental conference we were attending. It worked very well for this group of 8 women and they all had a wonderful time. The property was really spectacular and much more comfortable than renting three hotel rooms for my girls. It was in a very convenient location but the girls did use taxis often to get from the Times Square area back to the apartment. That wasn't a big problem. Kiera was a very quick responder to all of my correspondences and check in and out went very smoothly. It was a perfect few days for us and it was a situation which we will surely consider for future family or group trips back to the city.

This apartment met all of our expectations! We had 3 adults and 2 chilren in our party and stayed for 3 nights. It was very clean, very spacious, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The description was accurate. Diane called us upon arrival and I phoned her a couple of times with questions. She was very professional and curteous. We would definitley stay here again!!

My wife and I have stayed at various apartments and found the ease in booking this home one of the easiest we have encountered. The home met all our expectations. The various doormen were very informative when it came to trying to locate restaurants, services, etc. The home was spotless. The linens and towels were very adequate as was the quantity provided. All appliances were in very good working order. We would definitely stay here again. The location and friendliness of the other tenants made us feel wonderfully welcome. We loved our stay and would recommend it to friends and relatives.
