Bay view Resort opened in April 2007. This is the newest luxury ocean front resort in Myrtle Beach. Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach and an integral part of the New Myrtle Beach downtown redevelopment, Bay View boasts luxurious amenities not found in your typical beach condo. Your beachfront condo comes complete with designer furnishings such as granite countertops, solid wood cabinets, solid wood bar stools and dining room chairs. The unit has Wifi wireless internet, a Starbucks only one floor below this unit and only a few miles from the NEW Freestyle amusement park.
This new 2BR/2BA lockout unit is located on the first floor so no elevator is required if you choose not to use one, wireless high speed internet access, and two private ocean front balconies one in the ocean front bed room and one off the living room.
Completed in March 2007, Bay View Resort has granite countertops, solid wood cabinets, beautiful ceramic tile floors, along with plush carpeting in the bedrooms and living room. The fully stocked Kitchen has a Large Refrigerator complete with Ice Maker, a Range with solid surface Cook top, Microwave, and Dishwasher. Your condo comes with a King size Washer and Dryer, Iron and Ironing board, and both bedrooms have a TV along with a DVD player. The Living Room comes with a TV, and a DVD/VCR player.
Bay View Resort has an indoor/outdoor Oceanfront Pool, Lazy River, Hot Tub, a Kiddie Pool with a Water Fountain, an outdoor splash pad feature and an on site Fitness Room. The Pools are Heated during the off season and can be closed off from the elements to enjoy year round. There is also a Starbucks on-site and a restaurant located across the street.
Our Non-Smoking Condo has two double beds in the Master Bedroom along with a private bathroom, small Refrigerator and wet bar. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Double Beds and a private bathroom. The living room has a Sleeper Sofa to accommodate two extra guests.
Bay View is located at 504 North Ocean Blvd (on the corner of 5th Ave North and Ocean Blvd) in the heart of Myrtle Beach, two miles south of Broadway at the Beach, and close to many area attractions; including, Family Adventure Amusement Park, NASCAR Speed Park, Golf Courses, Miniature Golf Courses, and many other entertainment attractions.

This unit is on the first floor. This building has a stair case as well as elevators. This is a huge benefit because you are not forced to wait on the elevators. I is also located on the new MB boardwalk.

The condo was great! The location on the second floor couldn't of been better. Having the two balconies was enjoyable. I didn't know if my kids would like having the lazy river and pool inside but they liked getting out of the sun and being in the water. The staff was nice and tried to only allow guests of the resort use the ammenties. We would come of the beach and have an enjoyable happy hour on the grass yard which had plenty of chairs. The resorts location to the boardwalk was so convienent. We walked to shops and restuarants. Thanks!!

Even though this was a first floor unit, the views were amazing. The condo was super clean and very well appointed. We had a special treat with Coastal Uncorked and live entertainment Friday afternoon. Access to the pools was very easy and as I have limited mobility and use a scooter was very thrilled to find a ramp (no stairs) right down to the beach one block from the condo. The Bay View is very close to all the "beachy" attractions (easy walking distance) but far enough away to be in a more relaxed atmosphere with less traffic and the boardwalk is right out your back door, what more could you ask. Wish we could have stayed longer.

My husband, two kids and I stayed at the condo for spring break. The condo was clean and had all of the comforts of home. Having a washer and dryer was a nice convenience. The location in the building was just perfect. We had a beautiful view of the ocean but didn't have to wait for the elevators. The outside staircase leads you right up to the condo entrance. There is so much to do right near the condo. My family enjoyed walking up the boardwalk to resturants and the kids loved the arcade. There are also many things to do just a short drive from the condo. We would love to come back again.

This condo was in excellent shape and extremely clean. It has a well stocked kitchen with everything you might need to fix a meal. The access to the beach is great. You have easy access to the elevator or stairs whichever you might choose. The grounds are kept extremely clean by the Bayview Resort. You are right on the boardwalk and it is a short walk to 2nd Ave. Pier as well as the 14th Ave. Pier. I would highly recommend this unit!

The room was great - not having to use the elevators was a godsend. The stairs are right nearby and get you right down to the pool/beach area. Two masters and separate balconies also was great. Nicely decorated and had everything you'd need for a wonderful getaway.

Hello all, this was a great condo to stay in.. By being on the 2nd floor i was a little concerned that we wouldn't be able to view the beach very well, but the view was awesome and didn't have to deal with elevators. Starbucks on first floor that opens every day at 6:00 .. I watched the sunrise every morning from the balcony and with a great cup of coffee!!! :) Very convenient, right on the boardwalk you can park your car and walk 4 blocks to the middle of downtown.

Great condo--Especially the location which is the first floor condo.We loved not having to take a very busy elevator. The condo was well equipped,clean, and on the beach. Also liked the closeness to the boardwalk.

The location is perfect. We had such a great time watching everyone on the beach from our beach front balcony's. There was plenty of room for 5 adults and a tween and pre-schooler. The pools were handy during the rain. We walked to most locations. I would recommend staying here if you have the time. We hope to return someday. Thanks to the owners for sharing the condo.

This is a wonderful condo. It was very well set up and decorated. It has more than ample space and ammenities such as a dvd on all three televisions. We have a family of 8 and were very comfortable. My wife loved the full kitchen. Feeding 6 kids at the beach can sometimes be a challenge. This condo really made it easier. I really loved that it is on the floor just above the lobby and pools. You can take the stairs just outside the condo door and not have to wait on the elevators. The balconies are set up very well with really tall, safe railing that does not obstruct the view. One less worry about the kids going on the balcony. The owner is great to work with. We really enjoyed it and would recommend to anyone.
