  Enjoyed a very nice week in your condo. The condo is very spacious and stocks all the items you could want in a home away from home. The view from the balcony is wonderful. Resort has a very nice pool ,hot tub and lazy river that we really enjoyed, weather was not as hot as we would have liked, so inside was nice to have available. staff is very helpful and friendly. Thank You for a wonderful week!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We had a great vacation at the Bay View Resort. This property is reflected accurately in all the photographs. The resort is steps to the beach, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the rides on the boardwalk. The parking garage across the street is very convenient. Our kids spent time in the pool everyday, and they loved the lazy river. We loved how the hot tub was in the perfect spot to keep an eye on them. We visited Myrtle Beach during Spring Break. Even though it was too cool for the beach there was so many things for a family to do...we enjoyed many of the attractions at Broadway At The Beach, which is a quick drive from the condo. This property was the perfect size for a family of five and it included all the amenities of a full kitchen. It was quiet on the second floor and we used the stairs like many of the other guests suggested in their reviews. The owner was easy to work with and quickly responded. When we plan another trip, we will definitely rent this place again.

  Wonderfully clean. Great location right on the boardwalk and beach.The condo had everything needed for a family.I would certainly recommend this condo as well as rent it again. Only thing I would change would be to have more key cards. It was challenging at times, especially with the double doors and my three teens coming and going.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  First time staying in Myrtle Beach. Condo was very clean and exactly as advertised. Location is perfect. Close enough to walk yet away from the noise. Loacted near the stairs, We didn't use the elevator the whole week.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Second time we have stayed at this Condo, it's a great location. Love the coffee shop on the ground floor, made it easy to watch the sunrise with my favorite coffee!!!!! This condo's location is the best, only 4 blocks from all the activities on the boardwalk.

  This is our second year staying at Bill's condo. The condo has everything you need. Great to have the washer and dryer for those wet suits. We chose this second floor condo again due to the convience of not having to use the elevator. There outside stairs that take you right to condo. We enjoy sitting out on the grassy area each night having a cocktail and watching people stroll along the boardwalk. There are fireworks one night that you can see from this area. Didn't think my kids would like the indoor pool and lazy river but they liked getting out of the sun for a bit and swimming. Thanks for anyother great vacation!

  First time in Myrtle Beach and this unit was perfect for us. We were 4 adults with 4 kids (4-5-7 and 7 years old) and there was plenty of space for everyone. The unit and the resort were really clean and we felt safe around the resort. Great location (right on the boardwalk) and close to every places we wanted to go (Family Kingdom amusement park, Broadway at the beach, Tanger Outlets, Atlanticus miniature golf,...) I definitely recommend this place, especially if you have kids. We loved the city and the condo and we would be back each year if we were closer. Thanks Bill !

  My family stayed here for spring break and it was everything promised. The condo was clean and surpassed our expectations. Loved the space, the smell of coffee and ease to and from condo. the view spectacular. Planning on returning next year!!!!! LOVED IT!!!!!

  The condo was great! The location on the second floor couldn't of been better. Having the two balconies was enjoyable. I didn't know if my kids would like having the lazy river and pool inside but they liked getting out of the sun and being in the water. The staff was nice and tried to only allow guests of the resort use the ammenties. We would come of the beach and have an enjoyable happy hour on the grass yard which had plenty of chairs. The resorts location to the boardwalk was so convienent. We walked to shops and restuarants. Thanks!!

  Even though this was a first floor unit, the views were amazing. The condo was super clean and very well appointed. We had a special treat with Coastal Uncorked and live entertainment Friday afternoon. Access to the pools was very easy and as I have limited mobility and use a scooter was very thrilled to find a ramp (no stairs) right down to the beach one block from the condo. The Bay View is very close to all the "beachy" attractions (easy walking distance) but far enough away to be in a more relaxed atmosphere with less traffic and the boardwalk is right out your back door, what more could you ask. Wish we could have stayed longer.
