Enjoyed a very nice week in your condo. The condo is very spacious and stocks all the items you could want in a home away from home. The view from the balcony is wonderful. Resort has a very nice pool ,hot tub and lazy river that we really enjoyed, weather was not as hot as we would have liked, so inside was nice to have available. staff is very helpful and friendly. Thank You for a wonderful week!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We had a great vacation at the Bay View Resort. This property is reflected accurately in all the photographs. The resort is steps to the beach, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the rides on the boardwalk. The parking garage across the street is very convenient. Our kids spent time in the pool everyday, and they loved the lazy river. We loved how the hot tub was in the perfect spot to keep an eye on them. We visited Myrtle Beach during Spring Break. Even though it was too cool for the beach there was so many things for a family to do...we enjoyed many of the attractions at Broadway At The Beach, which is a quick drive from the condo. This property was the perfect size for a family of five and it included all the amenities of a full kitchen. It was quiet on the second floor and we used the stairs like many of the other guests suggested in their reviews. The owner was easy to work with and quickly responded. When we plan another trip, we will definitely rent this place again.Recommended for: Families with young children

Wonderfully clean. Great location right on the boardwalk and beach.The condo had everything needed for a family.I would certainly recommend this condo as well as rent it again. Only thing I would change would be to have more key cards. It was challenging at times, especially with the double doors and my three teens coming and going.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

First time staying in Myrtle Beach. Condo was very clean and exactly as advertised. Location is perfect. Close enough to walk yet away from the noise. Loacted near the stairs, We didn't use the elevator the whole week.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is our second year staying at Bill's condo. The condo has everything you need. Great to have the washer and dryer for those wet suits. We chose this second floor condo again due to the convience of not having to use the elevator. There outside stairs that take you right to condo. We enjoy sitting out on the grassy area each night having a cocktail and watching people stroll along the boardwalk. There are fireworks one night that you can see from this area. Didn't think my kids would like the indoor pool and lazy river but they liked getting out of the sun for a bit and swimming. Thanks for anyother great vacation!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

First time in Myrtle Beach and this unit was perfect for us. We were 4 adults with 4 kids (4-5-7 and 7 years old) and there was plenty of space for everyone. The unit and the resort were really clean and we felt safe around the resort. Great location (right on the boardwalk) and close to every places we wanted to go (Family Kingdom amusement park, Broadway at the beach, Tanger Outlets, Atlanticus miniature golf,...) I definitely recommend this place, especially if you have kids. We loved the city and the condo and we would be back each year if we were closer. My family stayed here for spring break and it was everything promised. The condo was clean and surpassed our expectations. Loved the space, the smell of coffee and ease to and from condo. the view spectacular. Planning on returning next year!!!!! Second time we have stayed at this Condo, it's a great location. Love the coffee shop on the ground floor, made it easy to watch the sunrise with my favorite coffee!!!!! This condo's location is the best, only 4 blocks from all the activities on the boardwalk.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

The condo was great! The location on the second floor couldn't of been better. Having the two balconies was enjoyable. I didn't know if my kids would like having the lazy river and pool inside but they liked getting out of the sun and being in the water. The staff was nice and tried to only allow guests of the resort use the ammenties. We would come of the beach and have an enjoyable happy hour on the grass yard which had plenty of chairs. The resorts location to the boardwalk was so convienent. We walked to shops and restuarants. Even though this was a first floor unit, the views were amazing. The condo was super clean and very well appointed. We had a special treat with Coastal Uncorked and live entertainment Friday afternoon. Access to the pools was very easy and as I have limited mobility and use a scooter was very thrilled to find a ramp (no stairs) right down to the beach one block from the condo. The Bay View is very close to all the "beachy" attractions (easy walking distance) but far enough away to be in a more relaxed atmosphere with less traffic and the boardwalk is right out your back door, what more could you ask. Wish we could have stayed longer.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This condo was in excellent shape and extremely clean. It has a well stocked kitchen with everything you might need to fix a meal. The access to the beach is great. You have easy access to the elevator or stairs whichever you might choose. The grounds are kept extremely clean by the Bayview Resort. You are right on the boardwalk and it is a short walk to 2nd Ave. Pier as well as the 14th Ave. Pier. I would highly recommend this unit!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

My husband, two kids and I stayed at the condo for spring break. The condo was clean and had all of the comforts of home. Having a washer and dryer was a nice convenience. The location in the building was just perfect. We had a beautiful view of the ocean but didn't have to wait for the elevators. The outside staircase leads you right up to the condo entrance. There is so much to do right near the condo. My family enjoyed walking up the boardwalk to resturants and the kids loved the arcade. There are also many things to do just a short drive from the condo. We would love to come back again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The room was great - not having to use the elevators was a godsend. The stairs are right nearby and get you right down to the pool/beach area. Two masters and separate balconies also was great. Nicely decorated and had everything you'd need for a wonderful getaway.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Hello all, this was a great condo to stay in.. By being on the 2nd floor i was a little concerned that we wouldn't be able to view the beach very well, but the view was awesome and didn't have to deal with elevators. Starbucks on first floor that opens every day at 6:00 .. I watched the sunrise every morning from the balcony and with a great cup of coffee!!! :) Very convenient, right on the boardwalk you can park your car and walk 4 blocks to the middle of downtown.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The location is perfect. We had such a great time watching everyone on the beach from our beach front balcony's. There was plenty of room for 5 adults and a tween and pre-schooler. The pools were handy during the rain. We walked to most locations. I would recommend staying here if you have the time. We hope to return someday. This is a wonderful condo. It was very well set up and decorated. It has more than ample space and ammenities such as a dvd on all three televisions. We have a family of 8 and were very comfortable. My wife loved the full kitchen. Feeding 6 kids at the beach can sometimes be a challenge. This condo really made it easier. I really loved that it is on the floor just above the lobby and pools. You can take the stairs just outside the condo door and not have to wait on the elevators. The balconies are set up very well with really tall, safe railing that does not obstruct the view. One less worry about the kids going on the balcony. The owner is great to work with. We really enjoyed it and would recommend to anyone.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had a great stay in May of '09 with my sister and her family. There was plenty of room and didn't step on anyone else's toes! The kitchen was great and well outfitted for our needs. What I loved most was the proximity to the door to exit the building - so convenient to get out to your car (with parking across the street)and to get to the beach. No need to wait for any elevator because the door to the outside was so close and you are only up one flight of stairs. The area is very secure with the 2 sets of locks, one into our corridor and a separate one to get into our room. We really enjoyed our stay in this condo for a month. As we are golfers, we found the location to be just what we needed, i.e., central for going west to the Myrtle Beach National, or north to the courses on Hwy 9, or south to the Pawley Island courses and Murrel's Inlet. Being on the first floor of condos, we had a great view of the beach where we could watch the waves, and the people - or of course get easy access to the beach without using the elevator. Next time if we are in a warmer weather time, I know it would be work well to also have our son and family of 4 - 2 granddaughters. (Although the indoor pools are very accessible one floor down!)Owner response: Thanks for your positive comments. We are very pleased that you we satisfied with our condo.
