My family stayed here for spring break and it was everything promised. The condo was clean and surpassed our expectations. Loved the space, the smell of coffee and ease to and from condo. the view spectacular. Planning on returning next year!!!!! LOVED IT!!!!!

The condo was great! The location on the second floor couldn't of been better. Having the two balconies was enjoyable. I didn't know if my kids would like having the lazy river and pool inside but they liked getting out of the sun and being in the water. The staff was nice and tried to only allow guests of the resort use the ammenties. We would come of the beach and have an enjoyable happy hour on the grass yard which had plenty of chairs. The resorts location to the boardwalk was so convienent. We walked to shops and restuarants. Thanks!!

Even though this was a first floor unit, the views were amazing. The condo was super clean and very well appointed. We had a special treat with Coastal Uncorked and live entertainment Friday afternoon. Access to the pools was very easy and as I have limited mobility and use a scooter was very thrilled to find a ramp (no stairs) right down to the beach one block from the condo. The Bay View is very close to all the "beachy" attractions (easy walking distance) but far enough away to be in a more relaxed atmosphere with less traffic and the boardwalk is right out your back door, what more could you ask. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great Spring Break Vacation

This condo was in excellent shape and extremely clean. It has a well stocked kitchen with everything you might need to fix a meal. The access to the beach is great. You have easy access to the elevator or stairs whichever you might choose. The grounds are kept extremely clean by the Bayview Resort. You are right on the boardwalk and it is a short walk to 2nd Ave. Pier as well as the 14th Ave. Pier. I would highly recommend this unit!

Wonderful Condo!

My husband, two kids and I stayed at the condo for spring break. The condo was clean and had all of the comforts of home. Having a washer and dryer was a nice convenience. The location in the building was just perfect. We had a beautiful view of the ocean but didn't have to wait for the elevators. The outside staircase leads you right up to the condo entrance. There is so much to do right near the condo. My family enjoyed walking up the boardwalk to resturants and the kids loved the arcade. There are also many things to do just a short drive from the condo. We would love to come back again.

The room was great - not having to use the elevators was a godsend. The stairs are right nearby and get you right down to the pool/beach area. Two masters and separate balconies also was great. Nicely decorated and had everything you'd need for a wonderful getaway.

Hello all, this was a great condo to stay in.. By being on the 2nd floor i was a little concerned that we wouldn't be able to view the beach very well, but the view was awesome and didn't have to deal with elevators. Starbucks on first floor that opens every day at 6:00 .. I watched the sunrise every morning from the balcony and with a great cup of coffee!!! :) Very convenient, right on the boardwalk you can park your car and walk 4 blocks to the middle of downtown.

Great condo--Especially the location which is the first floor condo.We loved not having to take a very busy elevator. The condo was well equipped,clean, and on the beach. Also liked the closeness to the boardwalk.

Our vacation at the Bay view Oceanfront condo

The location is perfect. We had such a great time watching everyone on the beach from our beach front balcony's. There was plenty of room for 5 adults and a tween and pre-schooler. The pools were handy during the rain. We walked to most locations. I would recommend staying here if you have the time. We hope to return someday. Thanks to the owners for sharing the condo.

Great condo

This is a wonderful condo. It was very well set up and decorated. It has more than ample space and ammenities such as a dvd on all three televisions. We have a family of 8 and were very comfortable. My wife loved the full kitchen. Feeding 6 kids at the beach can sometimes be a challenge. This condo really made it easier. I really loved that it is on the floor just above the lobby and pools. You can take the stairs just outside the condo door and not have to wait on the elevators. The balconies are set up very well with really tall, safe railing that does not obstruct the view. One less worry about the kids going on the balcony. The owner is great to work with. We really enjoyed it and would recommend to anyone.

We had a great stay in May of '09 with my sister and her family. There was plenty of room and didn't step on anyone else's toes! The kitchen was great and well outfitted for our needs. What I loved most was the proximity to the door to exit the building - so convenient to get out to your car (with parking across the street)and to get to the beach. No need to wait for any elevator because the door to the outside was so close and you are only up one flight of stairs. The area is very secure with the 2 sets of locks, one into our corridor and a separate one to get into our room. Thanks for the great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo for a month. As we are golfers, we found the location to be just what we needed, i.e., central for going west to the Myrtle Beach National, or north to the courses on Hwy 9, or south to the Pawley Island courses and Murrel's Inlet. Being on the first floor of condos, we had a great view of the beach where we could watch the waves, and the people - or of course get easy access to the beach without using the elevator. Next time if we are in a warmer weather time, I know it would be work well to also have our son and family of 4 - 2 granddaughters. (Although the indoor pools are very accessible one floor down!)

Bill and Beth, Thank you for sharing your condo with my friends and I. It was a beautiful place and had everything you would need right there for you. Great location too. I was in awe about the setup. So roomy. So much better than a hotel room. I would recommend this condo to any of my friends and family going to the beach. Look forward to next year.
