Pampering starts on the the ground floor of Abacos with a professional nail salon, a bike, kayak rental & small gift shop to meet some of your daily wants & needs. Very close to the west are the trendy restaurants, a wine bar, pizza, beach bar & grill, coffee house, ice cream parlor, pharmacy, shopping, boutiques, & galleries.
KB is a two-story condominium with an interior stairwell and outside entrance doors and balconies on both floors. The lower level contains three (3) smartly furnished bedrooms (King, Queen and Twins) and two bathrooms (master and hall). No need to drag suitcases up & down stairs, take building elevator to 2nd floor. The upper level (3rd floor and main entrance with a key pad) features stone tile floors, a spacious living area, a guest bathroom, separate dining room, a magnificent kitchen with granite counters, a breakfast bar and stainless appliances. We furnished KB to be an elegant but comfortable retreat from home.
KB has beautiful granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. Cable TV/DVD is provided in every bedroom and the living room has a 42" flat screen.. FREE WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET service is also provided. There is parking for your car with overflow parking available. Saturday to Saturday rental accomodations are preferable, but not required. Before you arrive you will receive your own number for the key pad on the 3rd floor. No keys to loose! This number is changed with each new guest. An elevator and luggage cart is available for your use. Our condo is directly across the street from a public beach access complete with picnic area, lookout tower, restrooms and outdoor shower.
Why not vacation in a spacious condominium rather than a hotel room or studio? We rent out unit without any linen charges. Just add $65 to cover our damages waiver/registration fee and 11.5% sales tax for the State of Florida. That's it! A local person will be available should you need assistance.
My wife and I are proud of our beach getaway. KB is new, clean, luxurious and comfortable and so convenient to the beach, shopping, golf, deep sea fishing and all the other things that you escape to the beach to enjoy. We will be happy to have you as our guest.
As far as shopping goes, KB is only 5 miles west of the quaint shops at Seaside (where the movie Truman Story was filmed) and Watercolor. We are 6 miles east of Sandestin, the Silver Sands outlet mall and the new world class Grand Boulevard shopping district. Pier Park shopping mall is 20 miles to the east. Destin Commons upscale shopping is 15 miles to the west. Needless to say, there are hundreds of other shopping opportunities-from funky artist shops to the finest clothing and home furnishings stores. You will have a tough time covering all the bases, but have fun trying.

Santa Rosa Beach is relaxed & secluded beach get-away with no high rise condos. Having lived in other parts of the world and traveled extensively outside of the U.S. we found the Santa Rosa Beach area to be one of the most spectacular in the world. The clear emerald colored water and the pure white sand is simply unsurpassed. The area is quiet yet bustling with world class restaurants, quaint art shops and many activities during the day or night. We can do as much as we want or just spend the day relaxing with the spectacular Gulf views. We just love this location, we are close to everything we've ever dreamed about! If you like beautiful emerald water, beautiful white sand, a nice spacious condo with a view, good food, quiet, laid back atmosphere, golf, fishing, art and music. This is for you........and me!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love sipping coffee or wine at the kitchen table ejoying views of the Gulf water. We enjoy going just a few steps to the beach to watch the dolphins, take in the sunset and walking as the waves splash at our feet. Also, a few steps away is the 20 mile walking/biking path. In addition, we can go to the back side of our property, sit on 1 of three decks that overlook a nicely appointed pool that we often have to ourselves. The pool is very private, quiet, surrounded by palm trees and lush vegetation. The pool also has restrooms and an outdoor shower. Directly across the street we enjoy walking over for coffee or ice cream at Miss Lucille's or The Smiling Fish Cafe for lunch/dinner with seating on the patio with views of the Gulf. We also enjoy the yummy Sunday brunch at Fire (it has a new location in Gulf Place) which has outdoor seating available. The outdoor common area of our condo has great lighting for your added security.
Smiling Fish Restaurant, Fire Restaurant (both have indoor & outdoor seating ( great Sunday brunch- reservations a must @ Fire), Miss Lucille's Gossip Parlor (coffee, cinnamon rolls, ice cream) a beach bar, Naked Grape Wine Bar & Tapas, pharmacy, retail women's clothing, hair, funky art shacks, green open space. All this just across the street from our condo!!!!

Seaside is an area that has gotten world wide attention and has won many architectural awards. It has an amphitheater, Farmer's Market every Sat. morning, retail shops, Ruskin Place ( artist shops) Modica Market, Bud & Alley's restaurant's. You will also find the airstream trailers that sell sandwiches & drinks. On weekends you will many activities taking place on the lawn.
The nations largest designer outlet center. 15 miles or so from condo. Lots of stores to explore! Restaurants close by. Sandestin Resort is also close.

We both have lived in Des Moines, Iowa most of our lives. 12 years ago a job transfer took us to Sydney, Australia where we lived on the harbour in a condo and spent many weekends at the beach. We could've stayed there forever but it was so far away from family. We have two children, four wonderful grandchildren. We are recently retired. We love the beach, walking, biking, good restaurants, art, music and shopping. Well, at least Ann enjoys the shopping. We have been spending part of our winters in Florida for the last three years and discovered the Santa Rosa Beach area last year. We agree with Yahoo Travel, this is one of the Top 10 Best Beach Destinations in the world!

The weather was beautiful & sunny! We ate at The Vue, Smiling Fish, The Naked Grape, Captain Dalo and the Crab Trap. We had coffee at Miss Lucille's every morning. One place was better than the next but we loved The Vue and tapas at The Naked Grape. The kids loved the pool and visited it daily. We went for long walks on the beach. Your condo is beautiful and is in the perfect location. It's not as busy as Seaside or Destin. Thank you for sharing your home, we will be back next year!

The weather was hot, sunny and breezy. We walked on the beach, flew a kite, swam in the Gulf,& pool. We ate at Borago's, Smiling Fish Cafe. The Sunday brunch @ Fire was delicious & reasonably priced! :) The condo is BEAUTIFUL and perfectly located! It was so thoughtfully decorated. We can't wait to come back! It is the perfect place for our grown family!!

We just returned from our stay at this beautiful condo in Santa Rosa and had a wonderful time! The photos and description don't do it justice. The condo was spacious, comfortable and close to it all. The pool was great, the beach just a few steps away and there were some wonderful restaurants and shops that we frequented. The check in and check out process was seamless since we had a keyless entry code (which we loved - no keys to lose!). Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home! PS - we left a boogie board and some beach toys for the next guests to enjoy!

This was our 3rd year staying at this condo and we LOVE it! Our weather was absolutely beautiful! Some of the wonderful things we did: dolphin cruise in Panama City Beach, beach, pool. We ate at some great restaraunts: Enzo's (AMAZING), Goatfeather's, Beef O' Brady's, Hard Rock Cafe, Miss Lucille's (awesome ice cream)!!

We think Santa Rosa Beach is Paradise too! This was the BEST condo experience EVER! The weather was BEAUTIFUL! Some of the wonderful things we did: beach, pool, beach, pool! Other things we did was shopping in Destin, Johny Rockets, The Crab Trap, Arcade, Books A Million, coffee at Miss Lucille's, Church at Chapel at Crosspoint, Clue with clueless family!!! The condo was perfect for us! We could get up in the morning and go upstairs while the kids slept. The condo was well decorated and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive with our questions. Our weather was perfect, sunny & warm. We spent lots of time on the beach & in the pool, saw dophins right out front in the gulf! Great area to run or walk! We loved Shorty's and Smiling Fish Cafe. We can't wait to come back next year!

Took the kids and grandparents for a "Schools Out for the Summer!!" trip!! What a wonderful place! Have stayed in Santa Rosa for the past 10 years....this condo puts you close to everything you want to be near!!! Whether it is the beach or walking over for ice cream at Miss Lucilles or lunch at the Smiling Fish...not to mention the nail spa below the condos! This condo was unbelievably clean and stocked with everything we needed; beds were so comfortable!! We look forward to coming back again. Thank you for a wonderful week!! Just got home and ready to go back!!

Our mother/daughter group loved this spacious condo. The bedrooms being downstairs were a big plus. The condo overlooked the pool with a side view of the ocean. We had a wonderful time. 5 stars
