KICKIN' BACK ("KB") is a beautiful, like-new (2007) luxurious Gulf-View hideaway in a quiet thirteen (13) unit boutique condominium property known as the Abacos at Santa Rosa Beach. KB is professionally decorated and has expansive balconies overlooking both the pool and the stunning Gulf of Mexico and its powder white sand beaches.

KB is an easy 100 yard stroll to the beach. Even closer to the west are the trendy restaurants, coffee houses, ice cream parlor, shopping, boutiques & galleries of Gulf Place, making it a convenient destination to satisfy your daily needs and desires.

KB is a two story condominium with an interior stairwell and outside entrance doors and balconies on both floors. The lower level contains three (3) smartly furnished bedrooms (King, Queen and twins) and two bathrooms (master and hall). The upper level features stone tile floors, a spacious living area with a Queen Sofa Sleeper, a guest bathroom, separate dining room with seating for eight, a magnificent kitchen with granite counters, a breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances. If you're looking for aqua or seafoam or mauve beachy style furnishings, KB will disappoint you. We furnished KB to be an elegant but comfortable retreat from home.

KB has beautiful granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. Cable TV/DVD is provided in every bedroom and the living room. FREE WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET service is also provided. There is parking for two cars with overflow parking available. Saturday to Saturday rental accomodations are preferable, but not required.

As mentioned above, we are offering a special reduced rate for the fall season 2009 of $825 per week! This is an incredible deal at less than $118 per night for a new 3 BR/3 BA vacation condo! There are no housekeeping fees or linen charges to you either- just add 11.5% sales tax to the state of Florida, which we must collect and remit, and a $25 registration fee. That's it!

My wife and I are proud of our beach getaway. KB is new, luxurious and comfortable and so convenient to the beach, shopping, golf, fishing and all the other things that you escape to the beach to enjoy. We will be happy to have you as our guest.

As far as shopping goes, KB is only 5 miles west of the quaint shops at Seaside and Watercolor. It is less than 7 miles east of Sandestin, the Silver Sands outlet mall and the new world class Grand Harbor shopping district. Pier Park shopping mall is 20 miles to the east. Destin Commons upscale shopping is 15 miles to the west. Needless to say, there are hundreds of other shopping opportunities-from funky artist shops to the finest clothing and home furnishings stores. You will have a tough time covering all the bases, but have fun trying.

My wife and I purchased our beautiful beach getaway at the Abacos at Santa Rosa Beach because we wanted a great place to kick back and relax in the wonderful Scenic 30-A area in South Walton County, Florida. I am a full-time CPA and my wife manages a business specializing in providing 1031 tax deferred exchange services. We live in Tallahassee Florida, approximately 135 miles east of Santa Rosa Beach. We love our beach condo and aptly named it "Kickin' Back". We invite you to kick back and stay at our condo as our guests.

Kitchen was great for cooking/entertaining with all the necessary cookware in clean and like new condition. Nice view across 30A and CR393 to the beach at the Ed Walline Park access and a very easy and quick access to the beach.
