This property is set on the edge of Eagles Nest Wilderness Area on Buffalo Mountain above 9000 feet. Trails into the Wilderness Area are practically "out the back door."
The twin cities of Silverthorne and Dillon are the center for numerous factory outlet stores. Several prime ski areas are located within easy driving distance (Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail, etc.). A shuttle to these ski areas departs two blocks from the property.
Lake Dillon is just across I-70 to the south and Green Mountain Reservoir is 15 miles north. Great trout fishing is available in the many rivers and streams located within easy driving distance. It is a great place to enjoy the many activities or just to relax.
