We have stayed in many "VRBO's" all over the country so I consider myself an expert. This has been one of the very best places we have ever stayed. The setting is unbelievable. Large windows line the entire length with great views of the ocean. There is a short path down to the beach. The unit is large with fireplace and firewood, big comfortably furnished rooms, great heat and a kitchen with everything you could possibly want. There is information about places to see and eat. If you are coming to this area this is the place to stay!

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Ken and Linda - This is slow in coming, but we wanted to thank you for the use of your wonderful vacation home and your hospitality while we were visiting in Oregon. My two sisters and I brought our 84 year old Dad and my sister's two kids to your lovely home and we all had a wonderful time. My kids from Cave Junction joined us for a couple of days and enjoyed their stay in the one bedroom unit. The view of the ocean, exploring in the tide pools in the evening, rising early and watching the tide come in, sitting at night and watching the beautiful sunsets, and enjoying each others company all created memories we will never forget. At the end of our stay we had to tear ourselves away! We loved your home and the room it provided our group. Our only regret is that we never made use of the hot tub!!! :) Next time for sure. Thank you again. We highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a quite retreat spot, with wonderful ocean and sunset views, and amazing hosts. We can't wait to return again in the future! I would just like to say thank you , thank you and again thank you. You made our July 14,2007 wedding unforgetable. We had stayed befor and had a very enjoyable weekend, so when we decided to tie the knot we only thought of one place to do it. That was at your home. I know we will be staying again.

WOW!!! What an incredible week we had at your home away from home. The house was perfect for us and we felt like we owned it for a week. At the end of the day to climb into your pristine hot tub and relax as we listened to the ocean sooth us, blessed us. Having all the movies was so exciting. We could pick a nice wholesome movie for our kids and relax at the table and play cards. What else could we say about this place? (A group of sixteen.)

Our long -planned trip to Hawaii was cancelled when the airlines went bankrupt. We were so lucky to have found your wonderful vacation home. It more than made up for our original plans. The beaches here are amazing! We visited Whaleshead, Arch Rock, Pelican and Secret beaches. We loved the sunsets, views, and enjoyed watching the seals and otters play. The wonderful tide pools and blue heron were also a magnificent site.

We were looking for a romantic place for Valentine's weekend, and we found it here! We enjoyed the fireplace, full kitchen, spa, and the spaciousness of the suite. It was fun to walk on the beach and see all the wildlife. We'd like to be back this summer.

Words cannot describe how much we enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home. We have never been in a place so relaxing - "A True Vacation". The girls found many starfish in the tide pools and we enjoyed watching the seals on the rocks. This was the perfect location for our two days on the Oregon Coast.

What a beautiful place! The river to the south is wonderful. The morning we packed up to leave, there were 8 seals sun-bathing on the rocks on the beach.
