My family and I stayed in this condo last week and had a wonderful time! Waterscape is beautiful and the employees are so friendly, helpful and courteous! This particular condo is perfect! It is immaculate on the inside with beautiful furnishings and decor! Everything is so clean and nice. It has a "brand new" feel to it. It was really a nice place to relax after a day on the beach and in the many pools at Waterscape. The beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless, and the kitchen has beautiful appliances and anything that you could possibly need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. The patio was furnished with beautiful and comfortable furniture and a large grassy area that the kids could play on. Also, where it is located, there is shade in the afternoon and so the patio is shaded and cool. It was super convenient to the pools and the beach. There was no waiting for an elevator or taking countless flights of stairs to get the beach or pools. You are on the same level as them, so you simply walk out of you door to the pools and beach. We were pleased even when first arriving at our condo because we were able to park right in front of our door and bring everything in. Waterscape does provide carts to help get your belongings in, but you don't need them in this condo because you park immediately in front of the entrance in a covered-gated parking garage. The garage entrance door to the condo is locked by a keyless entry box so there are no keys to fumble for or loose. You simply enter your code and enter. There were flat screen High Definition Televisions in each room with DVD players so that the kids could watch movies, but they were so busy playing in the different pools and the lazy river that they never really wanted to watch a movie. The condo came with beach service, so each day you simply walk down to the beach with your boogie boards and beach toys and claim two chairs and an umbrella, provide your name to the attendant and those seats are yours for the day. So convenient!! We have stayed in many other properties and condos before and have enjoyed them, but we will definitely be staying in this condo from now on whenever we can. It was perfect in every way. You just couldn't ask for a nicer, cleaner, more comfortable place to enjoy a beach vacation. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!
