Our villa is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, and is not overlooked from either side, so is very private. At the rear are lovely open views over a lake to the Long Marsh Golf Course.
The villa has generous accommodation for a couple or family of up to six. The master bedroom is particularly large and has a bathroom with jacuzzi and walk-in shower. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with separate laundry. Pets are NOT allowed.
Outside is a large caged sundeck with 30 foot swimming pool. There is a gas-fired barbecue and you can either eat outside or inside in the dining area for six.

Maps, photos info. were all accurate. The property was clean, well equipped and very cosy. Well worth a mention because not always found in other villas we hav3e stayed at -: reading lamps well positioned. Best/only front loading w/machine I have seen in the U.S.,Ceramic cooker hob so no more rusty chrome rings to clean. Since our visit I understand the pool has been resurfaced and the bbq replaced, these were our only gripes. We (husband and myself) return to Rotonda twice yearly. Fantastic for visits up and dowm the coast and island visits also great surrounding area for cycling .
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.
