HEATED POOL OCTOBER THROUGH APRIL
Many of our guests have told us pictures do not do this house justice. You have to see it in person. When you do, it is overwhelming.Views, Views, Views, Views from every room . Spectacular Views of the Atlantic Ocean, Charleston bridges, Morris Island and Sullivan's Island lighthouses, watch ships entering the Charleston Harbor. The sunsets are breathtaking. Unlike most of the rentals on Folly Beach, this is a new (completed May 30, 2007)custom built home with no expense spared. If you are accustomed to luxury, this is the home for you. Elevator,High Speed Internet Access, pool, over 2500 square feet of decks and porches. Several large private areas. Large living area with screened porch on one side and open deck with pool on the other. Dining room table seats 12. Gourmet Kitchen with Sub-Zero refrigerator, Dacor Five burner gas stove, and 37 inch flat screen TV. Outdoor bar pass through to kitchen and woodburning fireplace next to pool (pool heated from October through April). 10 foot ceilings and 100 year old antique heart of pine flooring throughout. Spa Steam shower with six shower heads and whirlpool tub in main master bath. The main master is on the second level and is equipped with a king size bed, fireplace, flat screen TV, and private screened porch with bridge, river, and ocean views. Second master is on the first level and has two Queen beds, and a private porch with ocean views. This bath has two sinks, a separate shower and bath tub.
There is a second living area upstairs with 37 inch flat screen TV, game table, sofa that pulls out into a bed, full bathroom, and wet bar with ice maker, sink , wine cooler, and microwave. Just outside this room is a spiral staircase that leads to a roof top deck. The rest of the bedrooms all have their own full bathroom and ocean or river views.
This home has more to offer than any other rental property on Folly Beach, and is one of the finest rental properties on the Charleston coast.
