The Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, loveseat and entertainment center with cable TV with HBO and DVD. The second bedroom features a queen size bed. There are a total of two full baths. There is a fully stocked kitchen and private washer and dryer available for your convenience.
The glass enclosed Florida room has a queen size sleeper sofa, table seating for 4 and a full ocean view. The glass doors can be opened to enjoy the ocean breezes and sounds. Just walk out your door and you are just steps away from the beach. The convenience of this lower level unit is wonderful! The condo has a shared walkway that leads right to the shore. It is a quiet part of the beach with access only to private residences.
Ponte Vedra is home to the famous TPC course, home of the Player's Championship and World Golf Village is only minutes away. Our location also offers easy day trips to Wild Adventures, Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Dolphin Cove and other Orlando attractions.
