Location: Pinnacle Port, Sunnyside, Panama City Beach Area, Florida North West, Florida, USA (Located next door to Carillon Beach) View Map
Accommodations: Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 4-6)
Keywords: Condominium
We bought this condo because it's in the best location at Pinnacle Port. C3 201 is an end unit located on the most Western side of Pinnacle Port. It's on the 2nd floor and the stairs are immediately on your left when you walk out the back door. Each bedroom has a view of the beach. The balcony is the best part. To the West is a State Park (Camp Helen), and this unit is positioned so that all you see is undeveloped and uncrowded pristine beaches for a mile.
The location of Pinnacle Port offers the best of both worlds. We are conveniently located between Destin and Panama City. It also rests on Lake Powell, an 800 acre inlet lake. With all these factors coming together there's truly something for all the family to enjoy.
We updated this unit 2 years ago with new paint, décor, and flooring. Thanks for visiting our listing, we picked this unit with location in mind.

Why the Owner Chose Pinnacle Port
To me it had the best of both worlds. Phillip's Inlet or Lake Powell and the Gulf on the same piece of property. Also the fact that it boarders Camp Helen State Park and Carrilon Beach makes for two really nice neighbors. Last but not least the property is protected from the public with an off the beaten path feel that provides protection and less people on the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The seclusion and the quiet beaches. As the beaches become more and more crowded Pinnacle Port stands to be in a good shape due to our protection on both sides(Carrilon Beach and Camp Helen State Park). Lake Powell is probably the best attractant and protection as well.

Thanks so much for letting us stay at your condo at the beach. It was great and, of course, did not want to leave. Everything you could have wanted was at your fingertips. Love the location---couldn't have been any better with Lake Powell and the beach right out back. You have a terrific place at the beach! Hope we can come back soon.

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with our family. We have stayed at several condos at Pinnacle Port and this has been our favorite by far! The location of being on an end unit overlooking the state park was great and the view from the living room deck was incredible. The condo was very roomy for our family of 5 and the convience of one level was great with the kids. The owners were great to work with and our stay was stress free.

Great place to stay-Pinncale Port is the best place in Panama City-especially if you have kids-the Lake is great for finding critters. We also went canoeing which is available at the office at Pinnacle port. This condo is awesome-the c3 building is close to everything-the pool, beach, playground. We will be back-our children loved it-and we did too!
