This 4 bedroom, 2 level, cape style property with farmers porch is the ideal place to share your vacation experience with family and friends. The house was built in 2003 and is just a stones throw away from Conway Lake and a quick drive to everything that the Mount Washington Valley has to offer such as skiing & snowmobiling in the winter and hiking & biking in the summer.
Extremely spacious master bedroom has a King sized bed, second bedroom also spacious with 2 doubles, third bedroom with 1 king and 4th bedroom with 1 double. Full sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances seats 8 with a table for 4 and a breakfast bar with 4 high back stools all open to the living room with sliders to the deck.
Great yard for kids to play around and located on a cul de sac which gives a safe place for children to ride bikes. With the house you will also receive free midweek canoe rentals for the Saco River from Saco Canoe Rental.
