Our Peach Creek property is a beautiful country family home sitting on 7 acres of park-like land.The main house is 2250 square feet with 10 foot ceilings throughout. It is a great home for entertaining. It has a 24x24 living room, a good sized kitchen and pantry/laundry, a sun room, a great master suite and 2 guest bedrooms.
The front porch is 50 feet by 6 feet with nice ceiling fans. The back porch is 50 feet by 6 feet and overlooks the pool. The swimming pool is 18 by 40 and has a pool house with bathroom shower kitchen sink fridge and music service. The pool deck is pebble concrete and surrounds the pool. There is a wrought iron fence enclosing the pool.
On the opposite side of the pool area is the guest home which is a fleetwood 2200 square foot manufactured home. It has 4 bedrooms and two baths. The master suite is on one end with its own living room. The main living room is very nice sized and three bedrooms and a bath are on the other end of the home. There is a nice kitchen and laundry/pantry. This home has a large deck in front facing the pool.
