Location: Emily, Minnesota, USA (We are 12 miles East of Cross Lake and 20 miles N of Crosby)

Accommodations:  Cabin & Guest Cottage, 4 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 2 Baths (Sleeps 8-10)

Easy access to the lake makes this a perfect place for warm bonfires by the water (or ice in the winter)! GOOD FISHING!! And if you're fortunate enough to be there for a MOON RISE, the memory will stay with you! Beach area is shallow for quite a distance; making it safer for small children. The Cabin's east windows give you perfect SUN RISES. FALL FISHING is incredible; especially if you want to catch some BIG NORTHERN! In the winter, bring your snow mobiles or ask about nearby rentals! A designated snowmobile trail goes right across the lake. Sit by the fireplace and look out from the cabin in the winter. It will remind you of your favorite Christmas cards! DISCOUNTED Fall and Winter Rates - 10/1 to 4/30 - are approximately 20% less than peak season. Spring, summer and fall you'll see the eagles! It's not uncommon to be included in THEIR days activities: seeing them dive for fish, land in a tree nearby with the catch or simply soar by! Though the cabin and guest cottage are tucked into the trees, there are awesome views from both locations. Yes, LOTS of birds & wild life.

The lake is just a gentle walk down the hill. Lots of good fishing, and with The Little Pine River connecting you to Lake Mary, anglers have lots of options! The public boat landing is close by, on the west side of the lake. Expect to catch northern, walleye, bass, sunfish and crappies......and lots of them!

There's a wonderful bait store, unique gift shops, antique stores (one features mostly incredible glassware!!), ice cream shop, restaurants, grocery and many services in town. The Bungalow Restaurant is 1/4 mile away. You are also only 10 minutes from Lake Roosevelt in Outing, and 15 minutes from The White Fish Chain & the town of Cross Lake. Crosby is 20 miles to the south and is slated as "The Antique Capital of Minnesota." For golfers: Emily Greens Golf, with the largest greens in the state, is just 5 minutes west.

This Cabin is just 2 hours North of Elk River. It sits on 1.25 acres - Sandy Beach - Dock - Grassy area for picnics - 2 firepits - Canoe and paddles for guest use - only 1/2 mile walk to town for restaurants and shopping.

Ask about renting the pontoon: $65.00 per day with GAS included. Or dock your own boat on the available lift.

Visit the web sites for Emily, Cross Lake, Outing and Crosby for details on the many attractions and opportunities! The Paul Bunyan Trail, for bikers, is just minutes away. Because there are many acres of State Land (good hunting) bordering Lake Emily, there aren't many homes and it tends to be a quiet retreat!

MAIN WALKOUT CABIN-HOME has 3+ bedrooms with 1 queen, 1 king, 1 full, and 2 twin beds. 2 baths, full eat-in kitchen, living room and deck. It is FULLY furnished with appliances, including a microwave and more. Rental includes an initial supply of all paper products. There are plenty of towels & washclothes (though you may wish to bring a favorite beach towel), bed linens include pillows.

A SEPARATE BUILDING: THE LILAC GUEST COTTAGE (rented separately, but only to the party that has the Main Cabin) has 1 full, and a set of bunk beds. A table, chairs and sofa, as well as a small refrigerator & a coffee maker for your convenience and comfort. The bathroom has a "Biolet Toilet" and electricity for heating water in an electric kettle. This little cottage (wall heater for cool nights) feels more like "cozy camping" with all water brought in by pail from the house or outside faucet/hose! An antique, enamel wash basin is provided for your use, or share the full bath in the walk-out lower level of the main cabin.

SUMMER RATES: $995.00/WK or Nightly at $155.00 for Main cabin/home. $350.00 weekly or $60 nightly for Lilac Cottage.

Nightly Rate:$155/night with a 2 night minimum. $125 Fall-winter
Cleaning Fee for Cabin: $30 for 1-4 guests.$50 for 5+ guests.Cottage:$10 add'l
Damage Deposit: $100 for 2 nights. $200: 4 to 7+ day rental. $75 for guest cottage
Rental rate, damage deposit & cleaning fee = total due, with 1/2 due at time of
reservation and 1/2 due 15 days before arrival.
Full damage deposit will be returned in 2 weeks from departure if property is left
in favorable/same as arrival condition.
