  • Lovely place to stay. With 5 adults it was great to have the 4 bedrooms (although one is very small with a cot), two bathrooms, and two living areas. Only 1 TV, but hey who goes to SF to watch TV? It is a 3rd floor walkup so be prepared for that. Lots of action on Haight street one block away, but Page street is very quiet. Great access to the lovely Golden Gate park, bus lines, and rail line. Having a washing machine on site is a plus for extended stays, but contact the owner rep on site in order to gain access and get instructions to the basement. I would definitely stay here again if traveling with family. Very Nice!

  • Great location, nice, friendly neighborhood...quiet at night. Very comfortable accomodations and the stairs were great exercise! If you love being close to Golden Gate Park, this is the place to stay! Dealing with the owner was a pleasure...we intend to go back again next year if not sooner!

  • An enjoyable stay in this comfortable, homely character-filled apartment. Excellent location, close to park and easy bus trip to Downtown. Colourful and interesting neighbourhood, with shops and cafes. Friendly and hospitable owner lives in bottom flat. Large number of steep stairs may be difficult for some guests.

  • We enjoyed our stay. The flat is very roomy and provides all the necessities to enjoy yourself. Beds were very comfortable. Be prepared to climb stairs....we were, so was not a surprise. Only issue was the parking, we drove around the block several times until a space would open up...this is also normal for most of SF. I would stay here again.
