- Staying at our Condo G6 puts you at home on an island known world wide. Professional photographers, birders, writers and artists come to Sanibel and own homes here. Experts study its birds and share their expertise with visitors. The Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge is an amazing place with a 5 mile wildlife drive and a large interactive visitors' center which is interesting to adults and children. The Bailey Matthews Shell Museum is nearby. The island also has a recreational complex with tennis courts and exercise facilities available to guests for a reasonable fee. There are two large grocery stores, and restaurants that range from ice cream shops to deluxe dining, all available with no coat and tie required. Depending on the season, at BIG ARTS you may find art exhibits, book readings, live music, or live theater. Whether you want to exercise, learn, play with your children, engage in a hobby, or simply relax in the sun, there truly is something for everyone at Condo G6.

Our family loves our Condo G6 at Sanibel Arms, and we want you to enjoy it, too.
Why the Owner Chose Gulf Beach
Sanibel Island is a unique destination. Our unit is one of only a few one bedroom condos that are directly on the beach. Even fewer are available for rent. We also like Sanibel Arms. It is a relatively small complex with no buildings taller than two stories. The surroundings are beautiful and welcoming, private, but easily accessible.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love the beauty all around us, the air, the water, the shells, the birds. The children like to spend most of their day on the beach, then move to the pool. I like to bike, especially to Ding Darling and the other refuge properties, but also to our favorite grocery store, to the library, to the gazebo near the library, or to the Lighthouse. I have even flown in, taken a limo to the condo, and used my bike for all transportation on the island. It's possible, and so relaxing. Baileys' delivers groceries for a small fee, and restaurants are close enough to bike to.

Very bright and cheery condo . - the view was awesome. Everything was spotless when we arrived. Well equipped kitchen - had everything you'd want. Comfortable bed. Lots of bath towels. The staff at the office were wonderful. We shelled at four different beaches and the best shelling was right in front of our condo. We wanted to extend our stay here by a couple of days but we had to move to a 2-bedroom unit in the same gulf-front building. It was nice but it didn't measure up to this one. This one just felt more homey and comfortable.
Owner response:Thank you, Shell Nut, for your wonderful comments. We love our condo at Sanibel, but don't get to be there as often as we would like. We're so glad you enjoyed it as we do. Did you see the Snowy Plovers? They are tiny shore birds, really darling, that nest and raise their young on the beach right in front of our condo. They are variously considered threatened or endangered in the United States, and our beach is one of the few places they can be seen. Worth a trip!

This condo was so conveniently located to everything - beach, shopping, bike trails. It was nicely furnished with plenty of linens and kitchen utensils. The king bed was extremely comfortable. The washer and dryer in the unit was a real plus. Internet access was a terrific option also. The view from the condo was awesome. We would definitely stay here again.
Owner response:Our condo now has its own internet service which is even faster and more reliable than that which is provided through the office. You are going to like it!
