Charming beach house with water views. Ideal spot for large family or to share with two families. Main living area has kitchen, bath, one bedroom with queen bed, living room and sun porch overlooking the water. Two bedrooms with twin beds are upstairs. Separate lower level has bedroom with queen bed, one twin bed and full bath.

The cottage is on Lords Point at the end of a quiet street. A small beach with a sea wall and swimming are steps from the house and other swim beaches are within a ten minute walk. Tennis courts, play ground, and community clubhouse are up the street. Clubhouse has movies for children weekly in the summer.

Great place to sit back and relax or tour the surrounding area. Mystic Seaport is a ten minute drive and Stonington Village is a five minute drive or a fifteen minute bike ride away. List of area restaurants, shops and sight seeing activities are available.
