This beautiful home has been completely remodeled, impeccably furnished and decorated. There is no one above or below you and no steps to enter the condo.
There are two bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. The half bath, family room, dining room and kitchen are on the main floor. The garage has epoxy flooring and is stocked with boogie boards, beach chairs, beach coolers, etc.. The ocean view patio is completely furnished with a dining table, chaise lounges and a Stainless gas grill, relax and enjoy our amazing sunsets. Every room (except guest room) has an ocean view.
The gorgeous new kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters ,travertine flooring and a view of the ocean. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could possibly need, including spices and olive oil.
Both Bedrooms have queen beds furnished with heavenly mattress from the W hotel. Luxury 600 TC sheets and down bedding and pillows. Enjoy the ocean view from the master bed while reading a book or watching television. Presidential Heights is a beautiful quiet community in San Clemente on the public golf course. We have nine pools one of which can be seen from the back patio. And it's heated!
Downtown San Clemente has great restaurants, shopping, antiquing, farmers market, art fair and a beautiful pier where you can dine or go fishing. Walk to the beautiful restaurant at the San Clemente golf course and enjoy the views. The new hot spot the "O.C. Tavern" is walkable as well. If your looking for a beautiful quiet place to stay on your vacation, you have found it!
