The master bedroom shares access to the very large gulf front balcony. Carpet in the bedrooms while tile in all other rooms. Recently refurbished and decorated Winter of 09'. Large flat screen HD TV's mounted in each bedroom and living room. DVD player and CD stereo offered in living room. There is access from the master bedroom and living area to your large private balcony overlooking the beach & Gulf of Mexico, where you can watch the dolphin play while having your morning coffee. The evening sunset is spectacular while enjoying your favorite beverage or maybe that much needed nap.
Beachfront Condo Rental. Stroll the boardwalk to sugar white sandy beaches! From your Gulf-front balcony you can enjoy unobstructed views and spectacular sunsets over the Gulf beaches. Step out of the complex, directly onto the sugar-white beach and in a few short steps you will wiggle your toes in the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You will not want to leave!
There is a washer and dyer in all of our condos and a full kitchen outfitted for a great stay. A microwave, dishwasher, oven range, refrigerator, cooking utensils, and linens are provided. This condominium is located on East Beach Boulevard, Gulf Shores, Alabama near the "T" intersection where the Beach Rd. meets Highway 59. Also located directly next to the newly opened Alabama State Fishing Pier.
No matter what the weather is like outside, the kids can have a fun-filled day. Royal Palms offers a well maintained gulf front pool, large, heated indoor pool and hot tub. Also enjoy the sauna located on site.
