Great family vacation

We stayed at this house last summer (2010) and forgot to review it. It was fabulous! The house is gorgeous, perfectly decorated but very comfortable. We stayed here with 8 kids and 7 adults. The kids were in Heaven! The pool is beautiful. The guest house was lovely as well. The kids fished off the back porch. There was a nice side yard where we enjoyed croquet with the kids. The ONLY down side is that the house is located on like a canal or side branch of the lake so not technically on a swimable area of the lake. We brought our own boat, which we launched down the street so we were able to go out to the lake when we wanted. The house was lovely. The kitchen was gourmet; the two dishwashers a dream. There was even a small kitchen that the kids used to make milkshakes and lemonade. A wonderful, memorable, special place.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
