Off the kitchen slider, is a large 14/24 sundeck with built-in benches and patio furniture with umbrella, a patio with a gas grill and private outside shower that is separate from the sundeck. It is lovely in its secluded Cape Cod setting at the end of a cul-de-sac overlooking a conversation area and gorgeous sunsets. The house is equipped with quilts, washer, dryer, crib, highchair and children's safety gates for the stairs. Three color cable televisions, including a big screen TV in the family room.
All within walking distance to Nantucket Sound, shops and restaurants in Dennisport Village.
