Why the Owner Chose Tahoe Park
I have come to "Talmont' near Sunnyside resort for over 20 years as one of my best friends had 2 places in the neighborhood since 1989 & have enjoyed so many memories there. The abilty to walk, or ride from the front of the house to Paige Meadows and make an hour long or 3 hour long exercise trail is very fun and comes from just our neighborhood in Talmont.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The Tahoe Park homeowners beach is walking distance to Sunnyside Resort and it is a daily habit and so enjoyable. Hiking, cross country skiing & biking out my doorway, just 15-20 minutes back into Paige Meadows (back side of Alpine gives my place such a great location with its lake view.)

I'm a native Bay Area resident who has had 2 family homes @ Tahoe and has been going there over 40 years. I spend many weekends in Tahoe in spring, summer and fall. I'm offering a fractional partnership & will be receptive to any creative offer. I'm a non skier so a family who skis & can have a majority of the Winter use of this great "Talmont" Home and negotiate the rest of the calendar. Location is 15 minutes cross country skiing from Paige Meadows--the back side of Alpine Meadows ski area.

Our family, 6 adults and 3 kids (3, 5, 7) were lucky enough to have the opportunity to stay at this amazing property! The space was perfect to accommodate us all; comfortable beds, nice accommodations, amazing views, perfect location....The hot tub is delightful, and the wrap-around decking, and sunny patio below - all with views of the lake, were enjoyed throughout our stay. The kitchen is large with an amazing view of the lake, and perfect for preparing large meals. Plenty of seating for entertaining or family time. The private beach was a fun first day, wrafting on the Truckee River the next and Meaks Bay to end our stay. All within a close driving distance. If you are looking for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, views and hot tub, do yourself a favor and book this house!

This is a lovely place with great views and caretakers on-site (very nice, with a friendly pooch). The neighborhood is quiet and residential, but you're only two minutes from 89. Just one warning: getting here is tricky in the snow; we rented an all-wheel drive for the trip and it was fine. Dog friendly too!

What a great home with an amazing view. The house very comfortably fit our party (including our dog) and the house was well stocked with everything you would need for a weekend in the snow with family and friends. Great location, we went to Alpine snowboarding and there is a hill for sledding in the back yard. Beautiful view of the lake from the hot tub. Nice and clean. We will be back! Thank you
