I'm a native Bay Area resident who has had 2 family homes @ Tahoe and has been going there over 40 years. I spend many weekends in Tahoe in spring, summer and fall. I'm actually offering a fractional partnership with a family who skis & can use in this great "Talmont" area 15 minutes cross country skiing from Paige Meadows--the back side of Alpine Meadows ski area.

USing my homeownvers beach "The Tahoe Park' walking distance to Sunnyside is a daily habit and so enjoyable. Its 3 1/2 acres of landscaping, lawn, BBQ pits and tables and 1/2 mile of beach. Hiking, cross country skiing & biking out my doorway 15-20 minutes back into Paige Meadows (back side of Alpine gives my place such a great location with its Lakeview.
