This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is located in the heart of South Forest Beach at "Beachwood Place." Enjoy fantastic ocean views from den, master bedroom and balcony. Fully renovated inside and out in late 2007, our villa has all new furnishings, paint, hardwood floors, quartz kitchen counters, high end designer decor and more. Guests will enjoy all the comforts of home including three TVs, cable, VHS player, CD/DVD player with surround sound stereo system and fully equipped kitchen.
The property is a gated, ocean front community of only 24 villas, sitting just yards from the Atlantic Ocean and Forest Beach. Guests will enjoy being ocean front with the ability to set up at the beach for the day and return to the villa for lunch. Our villa has over 825 square feet of space and sleeps six. The master bedroom has a king size bed with luxurious pillow top mattress and private bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds and has a pack-n-play and bed rail for the little ones--just bring your own portable crib sheets. A large hall guest bath has a tub and shower combination. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the den.
Located just two properties down from popular Coligny Plaza, guests can walk to dinner and shopping or hop on bikes and tour the Island on a bike path outside our gate. The popular HHI Tikki Hut is also an easy walk for beach front dining or evening cocktails. Vacationers can also enjoy listening to summer bands playing at the Tikki Hut from our private balcony.
We have equipped the condo with 4 beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, skim board and pool toys. Just bring your beach towels and sunscreen. You won't find a better condo or location on Hilton Head Island!

We have been vacationing on Hilton Head Island for almost 20 years. When we were considering purchasing a vacation home, we knew where we wanted to own -- on South Forest Beach. Owning a condo at Beachwood Place is the ideal location. We love having a beach-front property and being only a short walk to Coligny Plaza, the center of the Island.

This is our 2nd year staying at Beachwood Place and our 1st in this unit. We enjoyed ourselves and have no complaints. The pictures give an accurate description of the property. The beach chairs a welcomed convenience. The owners could not have been nicer to deal with. We will return.

We have NEVER stayed in such a fabulous condo. It exceeded all our expectations. Access to the owner's closet full of beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, pool floats and more made our stay quite enjoyable. The owners were great to deal with and the condo is not only beautifully decorated but also comes with every convenience of home...and more. We will definitely return. Dale and Lisa were great to deal with and have furnished the condo as a second home instead of a rental unit. You will not be disappointed staying here. We thank them for sharing their condo with us.

My family stayed in this condo this summer the first week of June 2011. We greatly enjoyed this condo. It was extremely clean, and full of everything you would ever want in a beach condo. The Beach accessories available to you are very impressive, there wasn't one thing that we could have ever wanted to play with, lay on, lay under etc.. on the beach that wasn't in the fully stocked "Beach closet" there inside the condo. I loved the balcony and and wonderful breeze on the balcony. We loved the decorations and furniture. The sleeper sofa was actually comfortable, and loved the real quilts provided on the beds. The beach and pool was amazing and being so close to Coligny Plaza was great. We rode bikes everywhere, It was a blast. I would highly recommend this to any family or couple. Our family has enjoyed vacations on Hilton Head Island for the past 10 years. Your beautiful and comfortable condo has added to our experience in a wonderful way. What a lovely unit! We have rented condos several times recently but have never had one so beautifully decorated. All of the little extras were greatly appreciated. Thank you for the quality and variety of kitchen ware. It made our stay much more enjoyable. Ditto on the chairs, umbrella and "objects de beach." We had a wonderful stay. Thanks again.
