The nicely furnished living room is the place to relax after a day at the beach. The bathroom has both a shower and a bath, along with new large thick towels, shampoos, and lotions to spoil you. Kitchen is fully stocked with pantry items, as well as dishes to serve up your specialty. We supply fresh ground coffee and herbal teas, along with other items stocked in the kitchen. Sitting nook by the wood stove also has great river view for reading and relaxing.
Located in a quiet neighborhood with a covered deck for sitting outside enjoying the river and mountain view. A few blocks from the promenade with sidewalks along the beach and downtown Seaside with restaurants and antique stores, the convention center, and the factory outlet mall. Off street parking for two vehicles provided. Stocked with games, toys, and tennis rackets for hours of fun!
The best shell collecting beach is 1.5 blocks away and Seaside is a bicycling paradise. Golf, bike rentals, fun parks, helicopter rides and bakeries are located close by for your enjoyment. Participate in fishing and kayaking, by stepping outside to the rivers edge. Take long walks in the little known nearly private beach on the north end.

Year Purchased: 2003
Our favorite place for to go and relax is Seaside. We bought and furnished Chateau for our own use. Realizing we aren't able to get away very often, we decided to allow guests to stay there and enjoy our relaxing home.
Why the Owner Chose Seaside
Seaside is so much fun for every age with so much to do. We love to bike and it is the perfect place for biking. We also love the beautiful view from Chateau and enjoy sitting inside in all kinds of weather looking at the river.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
Walking to everything and parking the car! We love to walk along the prom and go out to dinner in the evening. The view of the ocean is lovely, with no sand in our shoes!

Such a pretty little home-away-from-home! We enjoyed our getaway so much and felt like we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Even thoughtful little touches like a beach bag with beach towels (which we had forgotten), and an umbrella (which was much needed)! We brought wood for the wood-burning stove since we came in January, but the house was so toasty warm, once we got it warmed up the first time, that we never felt we needed it. The view of the river is fantastic and it's such a short walk or bike ride down to the beach. All of the rooms were beautifully decorated, and we felt very comfortable. Joan did more than expected to make sure that we were satisfied and happy!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway.

This house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. It's relaxing, safe, and quiet. You can see the river. I saw a deer wandering around. The whole house is decorated with antiques.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

We loved our stay here! It was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable as were all the furnishings with well arranged seating. The expansive living room was filled with sunlight and gave a peaceful view of the river. Close to everything but private and nice neighborhood. Very kind and professional to deal with-Thank you we hope to be back and stay longer!

It was girls weekend out. We had such fun. The house was exactly what we wanted. We could relax. By the way you need more coffee. GREAT place to be during the weekend.

This place was really nice--cozy and felt right at home. Nice leather couches, books, binoculars, lots of extras. Great to have a garage for bikes. Outdoor heated shower to rinse the ocean off. We could walk right to the beach or river. Close to promenade so we could ride our bikes. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. If you are headed to Seaside would very much recommend staying here.
