This is my private home and it is available for guests interested in weekly, monthly or longer rentals only, (I'll be spending the year traveling).

All tucked away on over half an acre of tropical gardens, Koi pond with lighted waterfall, private sandy beach with a second Tiki Hut picnic area, outdoor Tiki shower, fire pit,dock with jet ski lift, private boat ramp, screened pool w/waterfall and fiber optic lights.

For nightly or weekly rentals, or for larger parties, I also own the house next door. The two homes together sleeps 14-16 people! Discount provided for both homes.
Activities and Attractions:
Bring your boat or jet ski, home is located on 350 acre private lake. Fish off the dock or bass boat available for additional charge.
Canoe and bicycle provided at no additional charge. Only 3 miles to World Famous Gator Joes restaurant, 2 miles to Carney Island recreation park, 15 minutes to the Villages, 30 minutes to downtown Ocala and Silver Springs, approximately one hour to Daytona Beach, Tarpon Springs, Gainesville and 1.5 hours to Orlando or Tampa Bay.

Jan.- April $1500/Week, $3800/month May-Dec. $1,350/wk, 3500/mth
Includes all utilities, lawn care, cable, local phone, wireless internet, pool
maintenance, use of bicyle and canoe,& bi-monthly maid service(mthly renters)
$1000 refundable security deposit. Refundable Pet Deposit $200. Two pet maximum.
Plus $100 cleaning fee for weekly renters.
