Jan.- April $1500/Week, $3800/month May-Dec. $1350/wk, $3500/mth
3/night minimum @ $275 per night. Includes all utilities, lawn care, cable,
pool maintenance,wireless internet, use of bicyle and canoe.
$1000 refundable security deposit. Refundable Pet Deposit $200. Two pet maximum.
Plus $100 cleaning fee.
Contact owner regarding 6 mth or longer lease. Subject to sales tax.
