"Our family of three rented this property from May 2008 through early February 2009 while we were looking to buy a house and all of our things were in storage. We couldn't have asked for a more ideal 'home away from home.' The furnished unit is well-appointed and fully-equipped. Ann has thought of everything from speedy internet connections, cable TV, great washer/dryer setup, anything you could need in the kitchen and more. The decor is smart, contemporary and comfortable. In fact, my son suggested that I get Ann to help with decorating. Provided bedding, towels, etc. were fresh and attractive. One very special aspect to the home is the garden areas. There is a beautifully landscaped front yard and the unit has an absolutely charming, private garden and patio area in back. During the good weather, we made full use of this lovely space. The location is very convenient to Tennessee Valley, shopping, the high school and highway 101. We settled right in and were in no hurry to leave. Our hosts could not be more attentive and helpful - they even put up outdoor holiday lights. This was easy living and we highly recommend it."

Owners Ann and Geoff provide a five-star accommodation where I felt like a visiting dignitary. No detail had been left to chance, down to q-tips in the bathroom! Everything is so clean and beautifully maintained that it feels as if the building was just completed and freshly furnished with top quality. Especially thoughtful reading selections and art are in place to make the Marin area familiar, as well as seen through various artists' eyes. Ann and Geoff are conveniently nearby, but I had the feeling I had my own home away from home. It is quiet, lushly landscaped and welcoming. My stay will be a fond memory.
