Boasting the warmest salt water in the Northwest, Sun Pointe is the perfect summertime swimming and water sports retreat.
Belfair State Park, Twanoh State Park, and Alderbrook are only a short boat ride away. Sun Pointe consists of a newly renovated 3 bedroom home on a gated park-like setting. The house is completely hidden - 300 feet from the closest neighbor.
For the explorer, a salmon stream runs through the property. The Pointe owns the beach to low tide (perfect for clam digging and oyster picking) as well as over 1/4 mile back up the hill. There is also a trail that runs to a small canyon on the property.
There are plenty of things to do at Sun Pointe. Five acres of open grass, a basketball court, a fire pit, large patio, swimming raft, and watercraft create the perfect environment for any family reunion or corporate party.
