In town for a CONVENTION? The Convention Center is only 3.2 miles from your vacation home. A beautiful 3 bedroom condo on the beach-- is so much nicer than just a hotel room! NOTE: We network with several other Island Vista property owners. Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding accommodating larger groups.

Our home offers a luxury lifestyle and it is exquisite! Decorated with a tropical West Indies flare, and we've added so many extras that you do not get when you rent from a management company! This is truly our 2nd home and we want it to become your vacation home too!
Our home is located on the fifth floor right in the heart of the resort. Parking is also available on the 5th floor so there is no need to tip BELLMEN or mess with elevators!!!!

Located on the beach, in the heart of the private GOLDEN MILE residential section of Myrtle Beach. Close to everything yet away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. Only here will you feel the comfort offered by the warmth of the sun while relaxing on the large balcony overlooking the beach. THERE ARE NO BUILDING BETWEEN YOU AND THE OCEAN, just a wonderful view of the pool and the sand.. Let the sound of the rolling ocean call to the strings of your heart and gently rock you to sleep each night.

Even though our kitchen is wonderful and totally stocked with everything you need, from margarita glasses to a waffle maker,
you might want to visit some of the incredible restaurants around the neighborhood. We will send you a list of our personal favorite restaurants in the area and as you discover more of your own, share them with us. So many to choose from!! So little time! (Maybe your vacation should be two weeks long)
While laying in the sun around the crystal clean pools, you can also enjoy the Tiki Hut bar and grill. With so many options available you may not even find out how nice the kitchen really is!

We have found the best seashells everytime we visit! Your condo is very clean and has everything we need. We also love being so close to all the great restaurants and Broadway at the Beach!   • Barb, we loved the week we spent recently at your Island Vista condo! The condo is exactly the way it is described on VRBO: very clean and comfortable, close to restaurants, shopping and golf. Golf is very important to our guys! You have provided everything needed for the perfect vacation. The view from the balcony is awesome! I watched the life guards set up the umbrellas every morning while drinking my coffee on the balcony. The live acoustic guitar every afternoon by the pool was very relaxing. We had great meals at The Sea Captain's House, Chuck's Steak House, and The Flamingo Seafood Grill, as well as breakfast at The Southern Pancake House. (I told the owner hello for you!)   • We spent a week here about a month ago and could not ask for a better place to stay. There were six of us and it was so nice to have all the room that this unit has, including the balcony which has plenty of room in itself. I spent every morning out there with a cup of coffee watching the sun come up before a day at the beach. It just doesn't get any better than that!

BARB AND KEN'S 3 BEDROOM SPACIOUS CONDO AT ISLAND VISTA IS BEAUTIFULLY FURNISHED, FULLY EQUIPPED, AND HAS MANY EXTRA PERSONAL TOUCHES- EXAMPLE: GRANITE COUNTER- TOPPED KITCHEN WITH EVERY MODERN APPLIANCE---WAFFLE IRON,CROCK POT,BLENDER, ELECTRIC CAN OPENER, SUPER COFFEE MAKER,ETC., A FULLY EQUIPPED LAUNDRY WITH FULL SIZED WASHER AND DRYER, A CLOSET FULL OF BEACH TOYS FOR THE KIDS, TO NAME A FEW. ED AND I HAVE ENJOYED MANY WEEKS AT THEIR SPECIAL OCEAN FRONT CONDO WITH THE MOST SPECTACULAR VIEW. WE ENJOYED MANY VACATIONS AT SEA ISLAND INN BEFORE ISLAND VISTA WAS BUILT. IN RECENT YEARS, WE HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF ENJOYING EVERY POSSIBLE AMENITY AT BARB AND KEN'S GREAT CONDO.   • Barb, The condo was just beautiful. You and Ken have gone the extra step to make the condo very comfortable. It was like staying in a luxury hotel. In the morning I could just lay in bed and watch the sun rise. We were pool side every day and didn't want to leave. It was so comfortable and relaxing we hated to go home. Just a great place to get away. I would recommand it highly to everyone. I can't begin to Thank You for such a great week.
